We had an excellent experience with Ridgewood Moving Services. The team is well organized and very efficient in their work. Communication was great and all staff friendly.

I had an amazing and outstanding experience working with Ridgewood Movers. 3 years prior to my move, Ridgewood Movers had move my mom to her next home. I witnessed the great job they did and knew I had to hire them. The office staff was great to work with and they work with me through all the complications I through at them. The packing and moving teams themselves were amazing. They were respectful of my space and property. They worked efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommended Ridgewood Movers to everyone I know.

I hired Ridgewood movers for a two step move: from my house to company’s storage facility and ,then, at a later date, to my new residence.
The office staff was very professional and friendly; helped me understand the moving process and the expenses associated with it.

I highly recommend Ridgewood Moving. They packed and moved me during a recent move from my Glen Rock home to a townhome out of the area. The team worked hard and also fast. They got along well with each other and with me. They chose to work later on the packing day (filling one of the trucks) so that moving day was faster and more efficient. They dropped off major pieces of furniture at my two daughters' on their way to unpack me, and my daughters were also very impressed. Among many items accumulated over forty years, they moved a huge one piece china cabinet and an upright piano. As I unpacked I realized the care they took to protect my valuables.

Don and I want to thank you. Your company is fabulous to work with and we mean every single person we dealt with during this project. Entire staff is totally professional, knowledgeable, courteous, fun, friendly and knows your business. Our movers were excellent -- 10+. Not one piece of furniture, one inch of wall or anything else was marked, hit, scratched, gashed. The four movers treated our furniture and accessories extremely carefully and respectfully. They hung all the mirrors and large pictures. They verified the placement of everything with me before leaving the house after everything was completed. The lead fellow of the four movers is so professional and knowledgeable. He guided the other movers and worked right with each one. We never plan to move again so goodbye, however, just in case we do need to move, you will be the first company we call. Best wishes to all of you.

We had a small move for my Mother-In-Law to a one-bedroom apartment. Despite of the size of the move Ridgewood Moving Services treated us like we were their most important customer. They were responsive in setting up the move; communicated well; and showed concern about getting it right. The moving team was very professional, treated all the furniture and boxes with care; and worked very hard to finish the job in a timely manner. When being paid by the hour, the last point is perhaps the most impressive. They finished in less time than estimated and charged us a fair price for only the time actually spent. Ridgewood Movers made our recent move as hassle free as it could have been! They showed up on time, wrapped all of our furniture in moving blankets secured with cellophane and packing tape, and loaded up both trucks very effficiently. On arrival at our new place, they were very careful to make sure that our furniture and boxes were placed where we wanted them. And every one of them was very willing to accommodate us on shifting things around. I would highly recommend Ridgewood Movers!

Ridgewood movers do a really good job. This is the 3rd time we have moved with them in the last few years. They are very careful with out things and we have never had a problem. Their guys are very courteous and respectful. Their prices are very fair. Every thing was done on time as promised.

Though moving is extremely stressful Cindy, Denise and Steve helped to keep me less stressed. The movers were on time and were amazing they worked harder and longer than I ever thought they would have to. They never complained, they just kept going with smiles on their faces and constantly asking if there was something else they could do. I hope I never ever have to move again but if I do there is no doubt Ridgewood Movers will be my only choice. Thank you for making something difficult very easy.

We used Ridgewood Moving Services to move us to a 4 bedroom home in New Jersey. The service was excellent from our initial estimate all the way through the end of our move. The staff was courteous, reliable, and easy to reach. They packaged our belongings with care and everything arrived safely. They took apart and rebuilt our daughters crib. They also removed our mounted television and paintings from our walls. They made our move a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend this company for your move without any hesitations.

I have worked with Ridgewood Moving Services on several occasions and each time was an excellent experience. We moved our elderly in-laws and the staff did a wonderful job carefully packing their "treasures" and more importantly, they were kind and patient with them - which was most important. Next, they moved our daughter between homes in Hoboken and each time was smooth and efficient. And, anyone that has moved anything anytime in Hoboken - is not an easy feat with parking, stairs, etc. Each move was on time and on-budget. And, a friendly and cooperative experience. Ridgewood Moving Services came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. We used them to move contents of a business location. They showed up on time, got the job done with ease, and were done and cleaned up in the allotted time. We had originally planned for an extra stop, but on moving day we were able to eliminate it; they took it off the bill on the spot, no hassle, no waiting. The initial estimate process was easy, and scheduling a date for the pickup of my items was easy as well. The team led by Anthony was professional and pleasant to work with, and even cut through the stress during the loading and next day unloading.
