We use a lot of industrial-strength soaps for work uniforms and the residue was apparently giving the corrugated venting a sticky coating. Up the Vent’s dryer vent cleaning service used a rotary brush to flay that coating off. The air moves through the tube silently now rather than with the strange whirring sound it used to make.

Our dryer is down by the boiler in the basement and it was getting pretty warm down there. Up the Vent in Mahwah did a dryer vent cleaning and found that the booster fan was filled with dust which caused it to fail. The improvement in the ambient temperature of my basement is incredible.

Excellent experience from the very first call. They were incredibly responsive and worked right within our budget. The dryer vent was long overdue for a cleaning and the difference was immediately noticeable. Up The Vent truly delivered and we will absolutely be calling them again!
