Tree reviews in Mahwah, New Jersey

Prompt, excellent service, neat cleaned up afterwards. Did outstanding job. I highly recommend!

Excellent service and communication. Job professionally done and every question/issue handled immediately. Highly recommend.

Purchased firewood from Mahwah Tree. Wood was clean, seasoned and ready to burn.

Checked all the boxes. Exactly what's so rare in business today. Highly recommend based on recent experience. Will use going forward on a regular basis.

Don't be surprised if they don't show up for an estimate.
so unprofessional. Called back after the no show and then no showed again. The funny thing is, they could walk to my house. I guess it was too much to get to me. don't bother with these people

This company is the BEST! Knowledgeable, professional, hard-working and super accommodating. They even cleaned up after the work was done. I couldn't be happier with the results!

They did an incredible job from start to finish. Very professional. Very well done. They did exactly what they said they would. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work done. I’d use again in a heartbeat.

Very good experience with this crew. Our old tree looks awesome. (Mom says it looks younger). They left the property looking better than when they arrived. Highly recommend Mahwah Tree Corp.

Had 3 infected trees and 3 massive trees removed. They came and knocked them out in 1 day no problem. Amazing service and will 100% be using them for everything tree related from now on. No question about it, they are the best around for your tree needs 10/10 recommend

They came to give an estimate when they said they would. They came within the timeframe to do the work when they said they would. They gave 24 hours notice before coming to do the work. They did all the work they said they would according to the estimate. Cleanup was excellent. Their price was competitive. Five stars as far as I'm concerned.

11/2024 I hired them for a small job. Owner came out same day for an estimate and a few days later the crew returned & they did a great job. Thank you.

It is obvious why this company is in such high demand.

Reasons to choose Mahwah Tree Corp. over other tree companies?

2. Estimate scheduled right away
3. Once Tim/Chris arrive, a quote is given on the spot
4. Tree crew arrives when scheduled
5. All precautions taken around your home and with their tree crew
6. Truly professional work (in our case; tree removal, stumps were ground, trimming & pruning). Cleaned up by using a; wood chipper, rake, leaf blower, and broom.
7. ONE OF THE BIGGEST PLUSES......Absolutely best price out there!

Had multiple trees removed from the front and backyards. Had a HUGE tree craned down. All stumps removed and clean up was pristine. Tim, Chris and the entire Mahwah Tree team were awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable, fair and reliable. Highly recommend.

I was in the process of selling my mom's house when hurricane isaias blew through NJ. A very large limb fell due to the storm and left the rest of a very large beech tree still standing. It didn't look pretty but was still standing. Unfortunately because of the storm every tree service was backlogged . I called Chris and explained my mom's recent passing and the house closing was in two weeks. He very kindly went to the house and called me with the price which was so reasonable . He also said he'd have to take it down without a crane due to lack of neighbors cooperation. He and his guys not only removed the tree ,they ground this enormous stump and cleaned up. I live in PA and he did all this without me there. He was the only person who told me he would expedite the removal and he did so 1 week before the closing. He assured me that it would be taken care of and it was. He made this very difficult time so much easier for my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Chris. Best customer service I've experienced. Very professional and down to earth.

Highly recommend Mahwah Tree! Actually, they were recommended to us by another tree service guy who came out to give us estimate and swore me to secrecy. They were professional, thorough and very responsive. We had one particular tree so ensnared in multiple wires between my house and neighbors and they expertly removed it with ease. Oh yeah...and very reasonably priced!

We just used Mahwah Tree Corp to trim most of the trees in our yard. This included removing dead wood, elevating low branches and removing limbs near the house, electrical wires and driveway. Chris, one of the owners, met with me both before and after the work. He prepared a detailed proposal at a fair price to meet our needs. His team did a great job and was on site working from about 8 am to 4 pm to get the job done in one day. They were thorough in cleaning up and did exactly what the proposal called for. I like to be able to use local help where possible and would definitely use Mahwah Tree Corp again.

I’ve been using Mahwah Tree Company for years. They are responsive, careful, professional and above all wonderful to deal with. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. We live in an older neighborhood with many large trees. Tim and his crew keep them healthy with deep root feeding and deadwood pruning, always cutting just the right amount - no more than necessary. They take great care to make sure that limbs which could cause damage to your home or property are removed for safety. I recommend Tim and Mahwah Tree Company without a single reservation.

Friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. Great recommendations and menu pricing which helped maximize my landscaping. Amazing crew did the work.
Thanks a million.

We have used Mahwah tree to look after the trees & bushes in our garden for the past six years. I’ve dealt personally with Tim on a number of occasions. I find them to be very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and good value. Specifically, we use them to apply a horticultural oil to our trees in both the spring and fall, to wilt proof our laurel bushes and spray, our boxwoods. He did a thorough inspection of the trees around our property when we first moved in, and arranged to trim some where necessary.

Outstanding! Their work and their service is just absolutely the best! We have had other tree work done by other businesses before and now we will not need to shop around ever again. The only problem with writing a glowing review is that I fear they will get so in demand we won't be able to contract with them if we need them again. Great guys. Honest, reliable, good work, fair prices - there is nothing not to like about them.

This deserves more than 5 stars! This is my first review for a business ever and I was compelled to write one. Everything from the service, to the professionalism, to the final output was just outstanding. Chris is very knowledgeable, his team is hard working and went above and beyond expectations. He took great care of the property while doing the work and I really felt like what he did for me, he did it as if it were his own home. I wish more companies were Mahwah Tree Corp. This is a prime example of what any company should be like. Excellent service and people! I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that appreciates good people and services.
