Overall, my experience with this company and its members was absolutely spectacular! They responded rapidly, assessed the situation and its causes, arranged for professional roof replacemnt as well as interior sheetrock replacement and repair (and painting!) and then accomplished everything in rapid, but professional, manner! I whole-heartedly endorse and recommend this company for any type of work!

Frank is a very knowledgeable contractor. Had a mold issue in my basement. Frank quickly identified the source and removed the mold from my basement. Great company and very fairly priced!!

My in-laws had severe mold in their basement that took over their entire basement ceiling and upstairs into their master bathroom shower. Frank came the same day they called and immediately began a 2 week remediation of the mold, then demolished the bathroom shower completely and installed new flooring, and completely rebuilt the shower, glass doors, tiles, dry wall, and went above and beyond with making sure there never again would be a mold issue in their home ( something that no other professional they called in 20 years was ever able to fix.). His support staff of plumbers, tilers, dry wallers, electricians, were each and every one kind, respectful, on time, courteous to my 88yr old in laws and treated them like their own family... Would recommend Frank and Coastal Construction & Contracting to anyone that needs any work done on their home.. Thank you, Frank! ( ps: he even came in the middle of an ice storm to make sure my mother in law's front path and driveway area were cleaned and de-iced as their HOA does not come to clear paths until as quickly as expected. Woke up to a flooded basement - Frank came immediately and got to work. He did a great job and stuck to his original estimate. Kind, honest and reliable - Highly recommend.

Right off the bat Frank is super nice, talks a lot, puts you at ease. Promises you the world and then destroys your house. I’m not sure if they did such a bad job because it was homeowners insurance or they are just truly terrible. We had mold in a small section of our bathroom. I wanted the whole think ripped out but this company like others had said it wasn’t necessary. They removed my toilet, cut out dry wall and replaced it and painted. You can clearly see the sloppy job where they replaced the drywall and I told him that. He told me he would send someone out to fix it but that was last year and nobody has fixed it.

Well we suspected with the toilet removal they did more damage and today my husband removed the floor and ceiling beneath and found more mold than we have ever had. So we basically paid this company to be all talk. If you had mold fixed I’d double check it because it’s probably still there.

Funny part is he even mentioned the better business bureau and still did a horrible job. Literally all talk.

Frank was a pleasure to deal with ! I had a flood in my basement and was in a panic to have the space cleaned out and checked for mold . He came to my house the next day and set up fans and stuff to make sure there was no mold . He also helped me get a quote on new carpets because he has a guy for every need. He made the whole process so easy. Didn't have to call around from one place to another he did it all for me. Glad to have found such a great contractor .

Frank and his workers did an amazing job. We had ceiling damage from a leak in the attic. Also the bathroom walls needed spackling and painting. Also all the ceilings needed painting. Finally all the floors needed sanding and refinishing since they were beat up after 50 years. All the work was perfect - ceilings and bathroom showed no signs of the patching. The floor looks new. To do the floor they brought a container and moved the furniture into it temporarily. Frank always responded quickly. We recommend them very highly and will use them for any future projects.

If you're thinking of having any kind of home improvement work, from sheetrocking a wall to building a new house, Frank does it all. He does it quickly and honestly at a fair price. The work they did for my husband and I was first class. Excellent!! He's got me looking around at other things I want done just so he can do it LOL.

Frank and team are great! Frank responds quickly, is knowledgeable and gets the job done right the first time. Frank has done basement water damage remediation for us twice, including ripping out rugs, fully drying space, applying anti-mold and then reinstalling rug. He has also replaced a wall to wall rug with vinyl wood flooring plus trim, Sheetrock replacement, wall painting, etc. Would absolutely recommend.
