Constraction reviews in Manasquan, New Jersey

Great service and top notch customer service

We had an amazing experience working with Chris and his team on our first floor renovation. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. The communication was excellent and the quality of the work is beautiful. Our kitchen is not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly functional, and the living room now feels more open, modern, and comfortable for our family. The project stayed on schedule and the team was always respectful of our home, keeping the work area clean and organized.

We couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend Cmac to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy professionals for a home renovation. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

Was referred to Chris for work on a new home purchase. He was highly communicative and helped me understand the project I was trying to scope - will definitely be following up for his help to tackle this and others.

Chris and his team were a pleasure to work with from the very first meeting to the completion of the project. The project was well planned and completed on time and at cost.

CMAC are very trustworthy builders, good communication, quality, and fair prices. Willing to finish the job the right way which is so important to any home renovation.

Chris and his team put a new kitchen and family room/office/bathroom in our basement. They did a great job! Dependable and his work is quality at a reasonable price. Communication outstanding.

Lucky to have found this company. As we all know, contractors vary wildly both in terms of skills and value. CMAC was a home run on both and, in addition, was professional, timely, responsive and honest at every stage. Couldn’t recommend more.

We couldn’t be happier with the work C Mac Contracting did at our home. A new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms. They came when they said they would, were always on time and the job was just beautiful!! Chris and Matt are true professionals!!! We look forward to working with them again!

Knowledgeable, great work ethic, experienced in his craft, Chris Mackin, owner of CMAC Contracting, follows through on what he says he will do in a timely manner. Chris was recommended by a former employer who he worked for, for four years, before going into his own business. His former employer said to me during maintenance repairs on my house, I know you have other recommendations for contractors for major renovations; but, I recommend Chris. I know his work. It's first rate. Don't blame me if you decide to use another contracting firm and the work is not up to snuff. I decided to take his advice primarily because Chris's former employer has done repair and maintenance work over the years for me and his work is top notch excellent.

Chris communicates well; by text, cell phone and email. He responds to most text and cell phone calls the same day; within hours or less. He gutted and renovated my main bathroom, kitchen, replaced four basement windows and installed Crown Molding throughout my house that I recently bought. End results; all looks terrific.

One of my neighbors stopped by from time to time to inspect the work-in-progress. He was so impressed he hired Chris to gut his garage and turn it into a beautiful family room. I have had numerous comments from other neighbors and friends saying how beautiful the renovations turned out. I put in many hours with a designer from my tile supplier, and with the showroom manager from my plumbing supplier for bathroom hardware, custom vanity with quartz top, and shower door to create exact designs and color schemes I wanted. Chris took the supplies and equipment and created a beautiful reality.

An example of Chris's thoroughness, he needed to educate himself on a waterproofing system for the shower that he never used before; but, required by my tile supplier for use behind the structural brace for a tiled shower seat. This system waterproofed the entire shower behind all the tile and the support brace. Chris visited with the designer from my tile supplier to discuss the installation of this system. He was provided with the manufacturers website to view a video showing how to install the brace and the system. He paid attention to all the details of this installation for perfect results.

No short cuts here. He is methodical and does a renovation right the first time. If a few minor glitches occur, he promptly makes corrections. This is why he receives so many referrals.... from satisfied customers. It would be a mistake not to call him for quotes. His valuable comments and insights regarding the work you want to have done offers important information for potential customers to digest when planning a major renovation.

Looked for over 1 year to find someone to renovate our bathroom. CMAC finally answered our questions and guided us along the way. They were competent, professional and pleasant. They arrived on time everyday and did what they said they were going to do. We highly recommend them.

Best contractor I have ever worked with! Dependable, hard working, and trustworthy; Chris and his team plan accordingly and operate efficiently to get the job done, the right way. He sets realistic expectations and is easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Chris Mackin and his crew are awesome! Chris always makes himself available by phone even if he’s in the middle of something. Chris and his crew are fast, efficient, and they always cleaned up after every job. Highly recommended as a contractor!

My real estate team has used C MAC construction on multiple jobs throughout the years and we always return to them project after project! After having many bad experiences with shoddy and/or dishonest contractors, it’s refreshing to know I found a company that I can depend on for quality work, honest pricing, and decent work ethic. Christopher, the owner, is a joy to work with. He is honest and professional and very responsive every time I have questions or concerns.
