My central AC has stopped working, so I booked Manfredi to fix it. Unfortunately, they didn't show up for our agreed appointment due to being late on a previous visit. I had to reschedule and wait all day only to be let down again - they never arrived and didn't even bother to contact me. Extremely dissatisfied with the service, won't be using them again.

We're thoroughly impressed with Manfredi Heating and AC's service. Their lightning-fast response to our HVAC unit malfunction was a huge relief, as they quickly diagnosed the issue and presented us with viable repair or replacement options.
To my surprise, the entire process took less time than expected - we received the materials and had installation scheduled within 24 hours of initial contact. When I stepped outside, I found the installers already waiting to begin work. Their efficiency and professionalism were outstanding.

From the start, Tom was a pleasure to deal with and super accommodating. Our office heating system suddenly stopped working, so we called him right away. He showed up promptly and gave us a clear plan of action. We worked together to get the necessary repair done under warranty, with continuous updates from him along the way. His crew did fantastic work and his prices were extremely competitive.
