I always look forward to his visit as he is very knowledgeable, suggests maintenance options, is personable And is mindful of preventing outside dirt from coming into my home by wearing those special shoe coverings before he enters my home! Great tech!

Very professional, on time , the representative took his time to look over the unit saw a few issues no pressure in sales , pictures were taken any issue's were explained.

I reached out to Chris recently about trouble with my AC System. He was able to educate me on my system along with giving me multiple options as to how to approach my problem. My previous HVAC guy did not do a thorough job doing this after installing my system. The next day one of Chris’ technician came out to service my system. Their membership / maitenance package is a great deal considering the amount of work the technician did and their crew are all very kind. This was my first experience with them and it won’t be the last.

We called for a problem that the company we contract with couldn't get to. First Choice was professional on the phone. Set an appointment quickly and the technician was very thorough. They diagnosed the problem and offered solutions while he was still there. I would definitely use them again.
