It was a pretty big job, but John and Will accomplished everything exactly as it was presented to us. No surprise costs or glitches and they did it in the time they scheduled. It was a great experience and I won't hesitate to have them do additional work in the future.

I had work done by an electrician outside my house. The electrician came off as the best, and how he hated working after other electricians because they didn’t know what they were doing. Matthew’ came over and instantly spotted subpar work and violations in code (missing ground wires, outdoor electrical boxes placed where they would be tripping hazards, disconnected lampposts that worked fine until they touched them… the list goes on) Preferred electric came in and corrected all the violations and issues created by the other company, quickly and at a very reasonable price. Cost was not my main concern but knowing that the work was done properly and to code was.

I had such a great experience with this company and can’t say enough good things about how professional they were. Timely response, the estimate was on point and the most important thing for me was how clean they left the offices. It was a pleasure doing business with them and highly recommend them. Had an 11 am-2pm appointment window with Nexus Electrical Services that came and passed, called 3x and they did not where the technician was and the manager was gonna call me in 15 minutes( which never happened, even when I called two more times and got the same answer) I then had a rep who stated there was no office Manger on duty and don't why they informed me he would call back that soon ( after five hours of no call or visit) I informed the rep how unprofessional this make the company look and his response was" What you want me to do" This was my intial appointment and interaction with this company; and I'd this is how they treat New Client, I would recommend caution with Company.

The did offer me a $75 discount for the inconvience, but that was with the 15. Minute call back that never came.

One of Nexus Electrical Services best features is that they don't charge by the hour. They needed a part after an initial diagnosis and fixing some wiring in my hot tub. They went out to get it, came back, and installed it right away. That was all there was to it; the job was done! We were given a military discount and paid a fair amount. Friendly, competent, pleasant, and professional team! I don't think I'll be sorry I went with them.

Excellent electrical service. Ended up needing a new panel in a vacant house. They provided a clear quote and their price was quite a bit lower than other electricians. Two electricians then came to the house and the complete job took about an hour. We are very satisfied with the work done. You can never be too careful about who comes into your home, and this level of security is appreciated. We would definitely use Nexus Electrical Services again.
