Could not be happier with RGH Development. From start to finish the entire process was smooth, professional and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. The crew was respectful, communicative and clearly took pride in what they do. The end result was incredible and the attention to detail really set them apart. If you are looking for a renovation company you can trust to get it done right, look no further. Highly recommend 👌

Disappointing experience and felt unvalued as a customer. Unsure of where the breakdown in communication happened with minimal contact from PM's. Several times had returned home to find the door open, key still in the lock and garage door opened after workers had left for the day. In addition, we had a situation where we were not at home and a subcontractor came to do work after 5:30pm. Our teenage daughter asked him not to come in as we were not there and she was uncomfortable allowing him in, but he did so anyway. I did address this with the PM and the owner only to be told it was a misunderstanding even though my daughter was clear in her request for him to not enter the house. Several other issues we were unhappy with as well. Shared frustrations on more than one occasion with no response or remedy from either the two PMs or the owner.
Clarifying communication issue: When I talk about communication, from the middle to the end of our (very delayed) project, there were times I would not hear from or see either of our PMs for 1 or more weeks and had no idea what was going on. I also could not get any response to my inquiries on the time frame of the completion of our project or why there was such a delay. Communication on my part as to where certain finishes should go, even with clearly labeling areas, were not adhered to. And no final walk through of our finished project or reach out to ask if we had any questions or were even happy with with the outcome. In addition we had to incur an additional expense to fix siding to our home which was done incorrectly after their electrician's removed existing siding and cut into the side of our house when upgrading electrical work. This had and has been communicated by us to the PMs and owner. The entire process from the middle to the end was very frustrating as a homeowner. Unfortunately, my detailed email to the owner, outlining items that we were not happy with (like staining our installed hardwood floors without consulting us on color while we were out of town) indicated they did not agree with our assessment even though there is documentation, see our issues differently, and that's a shame and further validates not being valued as a customer.
