Renovation projects always come with unexpected hurdles, but Paul’s ability to navigate those surprises was top-notch. It’s rare to find a team that works this efficiently without cutting corners. We couldn't be happier with the result!

Paul Vicari and Annie were fantastic in managing and completing a ground up 2 level garage with utilities. Paul handled the inevitable difficulties with ease and took lots of mental load off our shoulders throughout the entire process. When we mentioned some concerns he immediately addressed them. He was always punctual and honest. True to his word he checks in after completion and really goes the extra mile. Annie joined the project midway, she was punctual and competent. I highly recommend them!

RGH Development has done an outstanding job in building the addition to my home. Led by Paul Vicari, Sr. Project Manager along with Sam Schaeffer, Project Manager, they have made sure that this project was done in a meticulous way by providing top sub-contractors for every step and by their careful attention to all details. Paul & Sam have been very timely, responsive and proactive to all questions and addressed any concern with a well-thought out alternative plan as needed. The new addition is exactly what my husband and I hoped for and completed within the time frame expected. We highly recommend the services of RGH Development and we would only use them for any future home projects.

The team from RGH did a great job replacing my front steps and retaining walls. Even with the weather delays they managed my expectations well and completed the project in a timely fashion. They worked very clean and cleared the area at the end of each day. That was greatly appreciated. Overall, I was very impressed with how they worked and the professional job they did.

RGH, particularly Steve, was great to work with for our detached garage renovation. Fairly priced, super communicative and walked us through every step of our project.
