Taylor and Matthew, the cleaners were courteous, kind, and attentive to my questions and concerns. They made the process seamless and I felt very comfortable throughout. I truly appreciate their hard work and love the results.

Shorely Clean did a great job helping me get my home back into shape before a very important weekend. Sydney was the cleaner who came, and she worked incredibly hard in a home that truly needed some serious attention.

She was thorough, professional, and handled everything with a positive attitude. There were little thoughtful touches that made the space feel refreshed and cared for, and I genuinely appreciated the effort she put in.

My house went from overwhelming to completely livable again in just a few hours, which made a huge difference for me. Thank you, Sydney, for your hard work — it did not go unnoticed!

After a few years of using Best for landscaping and lawn care I needed to stop using them. Each year multiple bushes, which they were spraying with fertilizer, died on my property and they couldn't seem to figure out why.

After paying for 5 figures worth of bushes last year I now have some dead again. They do not honor any guarantee on their products and their services are VERY expensive. Now I'm stuck with more dead bushes, and I refuse to use Best in the future, because they wanted to charge me for all new bushes again.

I DO NOT suggest using them since they are not knowledgeable on their products. YMMV

Absolutely the best lawn treatment and lawn care. A bit pricey though.

The technician showed up on time. He was wearing a mask. He repaired the leak quickly.

Disappointed with the company response. We had two separate parts of the gutter fall after they cleaned them by using a high powered blower. Refused to acknowledge it may have been related. Best blamed the gutter age and weather. Never had an issue until that gutter cleaning and had two separate issues immediately thereafter...

Please note: This review is specific to BEST IRRIGATION (which they have self described to me as a "different company" and not toward the lawn and horticultural services.

My family has been using Best Horticultural since assuming the contract (from the previous owner) after moving to Marlboro, NJ. In contrast to neighborhood opinion, we have found the lawn and horticultural services to be fairly priced and high quality. Based on that experience, we decided several years ago to add the irrigation services.

It was immediately apparent that the irrigation services were strikingly lackluster and manipulative compared to those of the horticultural division. On our first usage of the service, we expected a low cost, basic system opening. I pointed out a minor repair, and despite the high quote (bringing the total to approximately $200), decided to allow Best to perform the repair. Shortly thereafter, I received a knock at the door from the serviceman asking for over $500.00. I expressed shock and was told that the serviceman looked for other problems and fixed them without consent. I refused to debate this at my front door, and said that I would take it up with the owner. I was then told the repairman would not leave without being paid in full (Note: All my Best services are typically billed to one monthly statement). I was told that the irrigation company is "different" and I needed to pay immediately. I paid and called the office and was immediately visited by the owner of the Horticultural division. I explained the situation along with pointing out that the serviceman left my gates wide open and took a fabric chair that was stored in my garage; moved it to the control box and stepped on it (leaving muddy footprints) and left the chair in the location to which he moved it. The owner expressed dismay and refunded the full cost of service.
This experience became the norm over other visits culminating in a repair job that ultimately caused me to cancel the irrigation services (while keeping the horticultural services). I was quoted a price for a small repair (using identical materials) alongside the pressure relief valve. After agreeing to the quote, upon the date of repair, I was told the quote increased by a large percentage due to "the rising cost of brass". As it was late in the season, I reluctantly agreed. Note, I was not home at the time of repair, but spoke to the repairman via phone. Upon returning home, I noticed the job used no brass, nor identical parts as agreed, but rather 3 small cheap PVC sections. Rather than another complaint, I simply cancelled the service.

Unsurprisingly (as also warned of by my new irrigation company); the cheap repair became compromised in just over one season of use. I called Best (at the advice of the new company). Best management stood by the work they did and refused to repair the section. Based on my short experience with Best Irrigation, I would strongly advise against using them for any service at any time. While not the cheapest service provider its 100% worth every dollar! We live in a wooded area and we never expected to have the perfect lawn but we already in only a few months have been proven wrong. Our lawn is incredible. All the workers are polite , do incredible work, the job site is always clean even after larger jobs like tree removal! There staff in the office is helpful and kind. I cant say enough good things. From seeding, tree removal, sprinklers, driveway paving. It's been an incredible experience.

They have been fertilizing my lawn for many years and my lawn always looks fantastic. They have great customer service. The ladies in the office are great, the owner is also a great guy and we love Terry!

I have had no work done on my property. Dommick came to my house saw what I needed, heard my situation, and instead of trying to charge me for work he can’t do recommended me where to find the proper help. He went above and beyond, he truly wants to see people get help. If this gentleman represents them they are a stellar company.

The guys are outside my house now putting down fertilizer. The attention that they pay to my property is incredible. They actually seeded bald spots and also made sure to blow any excess chemicals on my pavers. I previously had two previous services and none compare to Best. My lawn has never looked better. I have been a customer of Best Horticultural Services for almost 30 years. They have done the highest quality sprinklers for me (trust me, they are worth the $), tree care and lawn care. I have been told on multiple occasions that I have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood:). Everyone in the office is friendly and accommodating and if I ask them to look at a landscaping concern, they come promptly and help to diagnose/solve the issue. Thank you Best for taking good care of our landscaping❤️❤️

My husband met Bob at a garden convention.... he was pleasent and really knowledgeable. After my husband made the apptointment for him to visit our property for a landscaping design consultation, I really liked his confidence in his own work. Bob provided us with a design plan in less than a week. It was exactly what we've been looking for.... after three failed attempts with other landscaping company's we were really happy to have found BOB/RTK Design. Our projesct was scheduled within 3 weeks of our first visit and I must say our yard looks exquisite. They did an awesome job, the team was professional and left the property clean. The Foreman was the absolute Best to work with. When we begin to build our home in five years, I pray that RTK Group is still around as I would want no other company to help me build my dream yard as well as to help with other building projects. We thank you for everything BOb, including always being professional, even when I wanted to change the plan design. You're the best, keep up the great work.

Bob gives you the ultimate experience with back yard design and pools. I can only speak fondly of him and his professionalism. We had a custom designed front facade and a full backyard done, and it is nothing but beautiful. I recommend Bob for his honestly, promptness and keeping his word on what needs to be done. Bob is awesome to work with! From the moment I contacted him, he answered calls, responded back in a timely manner, and did everything he said he would do. Bob built us a two tier patio along with fire pit, sitting wall, and outdoor shower. He also planned out the front yard as well, and incorporated many plantings and lightings that our friends and family have raved about. I definitely plan to use Bob and RTK again once it comes time to finish our basement. I highly recommend RTK for all of your landscape designs.

My family and I contracted RTK and Bob to do our backyard last fall. We were under contract to put in a swimming pool (contracted with another company for pool only - not RTK) and were looking for someone to do our patio, landscaping, and pavilion. From day one working with him, he looked out for our best interest. Bob dedicated time and reviewed our pool plan and provided us with suggestions for our yard and changed our plans based on our needs. He recognized issues with the pool plan immediately and fixed things so that our experience was smooth and in line with our wishes. Bob was great from the get go and he listened, which I can't say enough about. If it wasn't for the time he spent, there is no way our yard would look as good as it does now.

Bob was open and honest with us from day one. He recognized our needs and in light of staffing & supply shortages (pandemic related) to work effectively throughout the process. He worked around the pool company schedule and was here with us every step of the way. He showed up when the pool company dug our pool when he didn't have to just to make sure everything went well and was according to plan. Bob showed up here so much to check in on things that my kids ask us when Bob isn't here if he will be coming today.

The work quality that the RTK team did was top notch. From day one grading our yard to final last minute tweaks to make everything perfect, I can't say enough good things about this group They have created a back yard that we dreamed about. Anyone thinking of using RTK for their dream backyard, do not hesitate. You will not be disappointed!
