Hometown Plumbing came to my home, to respond to a leak. Taylor who answered the phone could not have been more pleasant, helpful and professional. John was knowledgeable prompt and efficient. He was able to fix the issue. Price was fair. Could not have gone smoother.

Hometown Plumbing should get 6 STARS! Being a homeowner for over 20 years I’ve had my fair share of not so great dealings on home services. We needed our garbage disposal repaired. Small but significant for us. John who came to the house was great and fixed the leak efficiently. The price was extremely reasonable and now we know who to call for our plumbing needs. Your 6 Star company will be recommended to all my friends and neighbors!

I recently called Hometown Plumbing when I had an issue with my heating system. I had low expectations from past dealings with other companies. I was very pleasantly surprised with Hometown. From the beginning, Taylor (who took my call) was friendly and sympathized with my issue. She quickly set up an appointment for someone to come out and take a look. The service tech (John) was professional and solved my issue.

In cold weather, this was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and fair pricing.

Great experience with Juan and Roto-Rooter. They were fast to pick up the phone, got me scheduled the next morning, and showed up on time. Juan took the time to explain the issue and what it would take to fix. Very professional and appreciated the quick and quality work.

Excellent service. They came on time and cleaned out main sewer line to curb and ran camera through it to check for any clogging. Turned out I needed excavation work to replace a 10 foot section of the asbestos tubing in my front yard and replace it with PVC line and a clean out. It was completely clogged with a ton of grease and holding water and backing up. After excavation and replacement work was done then they ran camera again all the way past the curb and it was completely dry and clear. I highly recommend them for the great work and explanation of services.

Weekend plumbing emergency. Had to wait a bit longer than expected but the dispatchers called and provided us with updates so we weren’t left wondering when the plumber would show up.

Wojciech was our plumber who was very nice and even had booties for his shoes. Explained what he was going to do and the alternative if it didn’t work. Was also very patient with our dog. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Daquan and Janai were our technicians today. They came out extremely fast and were exceptional at getting the job done. Our clog was really bad but they fixed it quickly. They both were very personable and nice to be around.

Your tech Isaiah did a wonderful job, came in with tools in hand, ready to unclog the kitchen drain, explained the process and was done faster than expected.

They were prompt with their response and arrived in timeframe they sent. I really appreciate how Anthony took the time to listen to all my concerns and advised me during the process. I would recommend them to anyone as they were professional, timely and honest.

Roto Rooter was awesome. We moved into our recently purchased home and the same night we moved in we noticed plumbing clogging issues and couldn’t use our toilets or showers. The day we called (a Sunday and holiday!) they had someone here 30 minutes later to take a look. Then they had another guy come out and tried everything to unclog it but ultimately because it was an older home, the pipe needed to be replaced. The following morning they had an entire crew here to dig up the ground and install an entire new plumbing system outside our home. They handled everything for us including town permits. They had everything finished within 5 hours. They also offer finance plans for major expensive jobs (like this one was). Everyone was so nice and took their time explaining everything to my husband and I. I can’t recommend them enough.

We had our service done by Wojciech . He was extremely careful and took his time to make sure our main sewer line was cleared. He also took the time to explain to us every detail as he was working so we were aware throughout the process. It was such a relief to have some as patient as him to come to our house and fix this very stressful situation. I would highly recommend this particular technician to anyone moving forward!

Sai had a very friendly personality and was not only confident in, but you could see he takes pride in, his work. He was really helpful and explained all the issues we were facing. He replaced our stressful situation with a positive experience. The site was very easy to use and I was able to schedule an appt within 24 hours. Even though the appointment was slightly later than expected, due to high volume, roto rooter called me in advance and gave me a heads up. Communication was great.

Had a clogged main sewer line from my home. This is the second time in nearly six months. Actually it was three days less than six months.
I was so satisfied with the service provided by Roto Rooter last time that I called them again.
Turns out the previous service included a six month guarantee. So...no charge!
This was on a Sunday and the technician arrived promptly.
Wojciech was Excellent! Professional, friendly, courteous and experienced...he had the stoppage cleared quickly! No mess, no fuss and no charge!

Came in with the right tools to get the job done in efficient, courteous manner. Leo was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful.

I requested assistance for an emergency where my sewer line was backed up. A tech and a manager came to my house for this call. They removed my toilet and did not reconnect the water line and also did not replace the wax seal. The manager employed a camera and scare tactics to try and tell me i needed to rip up my floor and replace my sewer line, which would cost $11,500. (Of course they had a "water restoration specialist" ready to call me immediately to pressure me into meeting him the next day to file an insurance claim and agree to let them do the work) The manager was also extremely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable, most notably when I asked what I could do to assist, and he responded "just stand there and look pretty". This company is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and incompetent. They refused to guarantee the line would be clear (6 month guarantee is standard i believe), and guess what? It clogged 3 days later. This time I called local plumbers who came to unclog it again, and confirmed with a camera that i did not need a new sewer line. No problems since the local plumbers came. What a ripoff and shame on you for trying to take advantage of me in a moment of panic. I will never recommend Roto Rooter ever again and will make sure I pass on this information so others will not waste money like I did.
