Absolutely wonderful! I was tired of the complete run around dealing with the warranty people from Lowes as they haven't been able to send anyone out for 3 whole weeks (safe to say I am never going to deal with them again in the future). With Mr Appliance I was able to call and have someone sent out the next day to take a look at my dryer. My technician was Alain, and he was absolutely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to repair what was needed efficiently and effectively. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend

My oven didn’t heat up. So I contemplated getting a new oven, which would’ve been $1,000 or more. I searched for oven repair service. Came across ad for Mr. Appliance which provided good reviews. I made my appointment on line, which was very easy and I got service the next day. Oven needed a new igniter which was installed same day. Cost with labor was $357. Also service rep was very knowledgeable and explained why I needed a new igniter. Highly recommend!

Angel did a great job repairing our oven ignition. He was friendly, professional, efficient and clean. Job was completed to our satisfaction and the price was reasonable.

It’s a drag and it’s stressful when something in the kitchen (or laundry room) breaks down. But it’s nice to know the guys that Mr.Appliance of Cherry Hill are just a phone call away. The repairmen always seem like really good guys and are always on time.

Our freezer wasn’t staying cold. I called and got an appointment for that morning. The technician gave us the bad news and we needed to get a new freezer.

They had no idea how to fix my range hood. They charged me over $600 for a circuit board (takes less than 30 minutes to install) which didn't fix it. So they uninstalled it and told me they THINK it needed a new wireless network card. Told me it would cost even more. Close to $700. The card is available online for $50 and is very easy to install.

Do not use this company. They have no idea how to fix it, or if the wireless card will even work. LG offers no support. And they will charge you an exorbitant amount to cover their incompetence.

Ryan, an employee of Mr Appliance fixed my washer problem by removing the worn out pump and replacing it with a new one.
He also taught me to use less detergent ... I was using too much detergent.

Had water collecting in our Miele refrigerator. Our Tech, Angel, was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. Price for the repair was reasonable as well. Would definitely use Mr Appliance again in the future

I hired Mr. Appliance of Cherry Hill to repair our electric ceramic cooktop. I thought our cooktop was overheating. Alain Dusape arrived and checked the cooktop. He informed me that the cooktop seemed to be working OK and asked how I use the cooktop. I showed him how I turn on the burners, and he informed me that I was using two of my burners incorrectly because they are Dual Burners. He showed me how to use the dual burners correctly. Now my cooktop seems to be working fine. I had another repairman out here before from another company and that person never mentioned why my cooktop was overheating. I learned something new from Alain.
