Brian and his crew, especially Samuel, Jose, Leo and another one here did a fantastic job to trim bushes and shape both my front and back yard trees. Above and Beyond! Big Timber Tree Service went out of their way to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We had a tree with a chain link fence going through it on both sides that we needed taken down. Other companies told us that they were unable to take it down due to the metal fence post embedded in the tree. Well, Big Timber Tree was able to go the extra mile to get the job done. 100% satisfied. Highly Recommend.

The service and professionalism was one of if not the best experiences I’ve been thru . The workers of Big Timber Tree service were polite , very respectful of my property, and professional. They know their craft . They didn’t waist any time . I had a giant tree removed in 2 hrs and they didn’t leave so much as a twig behind meaning I did not have to clean up after them. I would highly recommend and will be doing business again with Joe and Big Timber of NJ .

We had a great experience. Joey came out the day after I called for a quote and work began within a few days. No damage to our property. Good communication and a fair price when some are taking advantage of COVID or the economy and jacking prices up. He knew we were new to the area and needing work done quickly, but didn’t take advantage of that. Would use again.

Big timber did an amazing job! Had some dead limbs taken out and they used a couple guys to climb the trees instead of a lift that would have chewed up my yard. I did my final walkthrough with them when they were done and didn’t notice there was a big limb over our driveway that they missed. They had already left but when I called, they sent the crew back to remove it. Good price and good service so I would definitely recommend!

Very responsive; kept me up-to-date on appointment, potential weather, and arrival time of the crew. The crew was super friendly, very professional and cleaned up the yard when they were done. Watching them climb the trees was incredible and seeing them smile while working was pretty cool! Would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

A few weeks ago I had a tree from a neighboring property fall right on top of my two exotic fruit trees. I was worried that the removal of the fallen tree might result in severe damage to my special trees. However, Doug listened to my concerns and had his crew remove the fallen tree with the utmost care so that my trees were not harmed. They could have taken the cheaper, easier way out, but were attentive to my needs even though I was not the one paying for the job. I was impressed by their fast, professional service and if I need tree work done in the future I'd certainly call them. Thanks so much, Big Timber!

I met with the owner, Doug, and showed him four large trees I needed the tops reduced to prevent a strong wind from blowing them into my house. After giving me a price, he suggested I not do one of the trees because it was the furthest from the house, had the largest trunk, and had little chance of causing a problem. That one suggestion saved me a considerable amount of money.
Doug’s communications with me were excellent in informing me when his crew was coming. His men were very professional. They took great care to not damage any of the landscaping and lighting. They did an excellent job with the trees and left my property immaculate. They have state of the art equipment which allows them to gain access to areas that many other companies can’t. I would highly recommended them.

I used Big Timber to cut down two trees in front of my house. They did a good job overall removing the trees and trimming another one so people wouldn’t hit the branches. The only downside was that they left large mulch piles behind, which I expected them to take with them. When I contacted the guy to ask what I should do with the mulch, he suggested finding neighborhood kids who might remove it for some extra money. Instead, I hired my lawn service and paid extra to have them clear the area so the ground would be flat and ready for grass. In the past, the company always took the mulch piles, so it was frustrating to have to find someone else and pay more to get those huge piles removed and the ground leveled.

Jay is so kind and professional. I called him out to my house to look at my tile floors as well as some paint on my wood floors. He came the next day after my call! He reassured me my floor tile was clean and it was an actual tile design after doing a test spot 😅. He also showed me how to get the few paint spots off my hardwood without damaging the floor. I didn’t need to hire him,but absolutely will consider it in the future if needed! He is honest and professional

I cannot overstate how effective and thoughtful our cleaning crew was. I called Blanca with a pretty major problem - my father had to be rushed to the hospital, and my mom was overseas caring for her mom, and their house needed professional help - but I live across the country and I only had a few days to get work done. We were able to get an intensive cleaning scheduled within a few days of calling, and the team was so caring and kind and considerate of our situation. We cannot wait to have them back again, and I feel so comforted, knowing that my family is being cared for from so far away. Thank you, Blanca Team!! See you soon!!
