HVAC tech Andrew H. from PA serviced my home in North Jersey as part of the PSE&G Weatherization Program. He was on time, friendly, professional, patient with my questions, and efficient. He replied to my questions and comments with a great attitude. He was nice to my dogs and in response they were chill with him. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend him and Synergy. He came to check carbon monoxide leaks and duct issues with my water heater in the basement and even replaced a missing cap on something that looks like a chimney where the pipes of the water heater go. I didn't realize what it was covered with had a potential danger! He also serviced the HVAC in the attic and checked out my gas range in the kitchen. Thank you, Andrew!

I had the crew coming out to redo the vent whoch needed some creativity. Vova came in and we combined out thoughts how to make this happen. He and his teammate did great job which I am more than satisfied. They were respectful and knowledgeable, professional and clean.

I was in a pinch our AC went out, I called and had great service over the phone! The woman was very helpful and told me she was going to send someone out. Bob came! He was a blessing to this momma! He was great! Shot me straight and helped get our ac back up and running! I would recommend their service!

Rob was / is just incredible!! I needed my entire heating / AC system removed due to an environmental issue. This all occurred when the weather was below freezing!! Rob offered me a solution to my existing heating and AC service which was perfect!! He also helped me with figuring out a short term solution while my system was awaiting delivery. Start to finish, everything was done properly and professionally!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rob and 72 Degrees Heating & AC !! 5 Stars!!

OMG!!! Greatest company ever! My heater broke and a friend recommended them. I left a message and they got back to me in about 20 minutes and had a technician here within the hour!!! Bill spent a couple of hours here due to heater is very old. He was polite, patient, and didn't give up until it was fixed!!!! There aren't many honest people out there anymore but they were amazing. Rob and Bill were life savers! Best part was the price!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!! Great experience!!

I have using this company for over 3 years after being a loyal customer to one of its local competitors. I enjoy the quality of work and task performed as well as the membership program that helps notify you of a potential part failure, replacement, or you system performing well. Customer work staff is pleasant and dealing with the after care staff is great as well

I contacted this morning as our kept going off and on. Finally it just stayed off. In less than 2 hours, at the beginning of the time estimate window, they contacted to say someone was on their way. Jorge showed up and was helpful. He not only fixed our issue but went ahead and did some maintenance checks and cleaning, too. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. And then he triple checked that everything was working, waiting a few minutes between each check to be absolutely sure I wouldn't have to call back for more help too soon. We will use this company again and will recommend to everyone.

Anthony and his coworker were amazing. Both were professional, courteous, supportive and repaired the issue in a cost-effective and timely manner. These men deserve a raise. :-) So glad I have the service maintenance agreement in heat like this. I have used for decades and have always had great service.

Tatanz plumbing &heating arrived out today to install a new toilet. They were when I contacted and tried to come support me the same day. Ricardo was a nice young man, he was polite, clean looking and made sure we were satisfied before he left. He also said I have a year warranty so that was also a plus.
