I cannot say enough good things about RPM! I called in the evening with an issue with my heater not going above 65 degrees in January. Ken was the tech on call that night and called me right back within minutes! He came to my home on time before 9 am the next morning and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was so polite and professional and even wore booties over his shoes while in my home! The service they offer as a company is so refreshing in today’s world and I highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from RPM HVAC. My gas heater stopped working and a friend recommended RPM. I called them, and Ken came out to my house within an hour of my calling. He was very professional- He wore a mask and booties. He found the problem immediately and fixed it within 15 minutes. The service was fast, honest and reasonably priced. They are a small company offering quality service. I will definitely use them in the future for all of my HVAC needs.

My heater stopped working and required a special part to repair. Each time I called the office, Sherry, Cindy and Raynie were so kind, responsive and had someone to my home in a few hours. Ray figured out the issue, ordered the part and Ken came today to repair our heater. The team effort and fast response is so rare in most companies but not at RPM! I cannot thank this team of wonderful people for their help in restoring the heat in my home so quickly and with such excellent customer service! THANK YOU ALL!!
