The employee that provided services, Liam is friendly, prompt and skilled. He explained every step of the process and the options available to me with the mattress cleaning service I selected.
I'll remove one star for the estimate/billing services. It seems like it is a larger parent company that provides estimates/bills you through a payment system, and as such, I observed multiple company names. As it was explained to me, this is partially to save on costs on their back end so they don't have to set up multiple instances of the same software.

** Saddle Brook, NJ 07663To me, this was a little unusual and made me curious, but Liam explained it as if he gets that question a lot. In addition, I'm sort of familiar with the practice from other types of contracting type jobs. It can be a little confusing though. I removed one star for this. The service was awesome otherwise.
