Having worked with Igor before, when it came to the inspection of a new home I'm purchasing, there was no doubt. To provide tested insight on my previous inspection experience with Igor: I was interested in purchasing the house next door to where I currently own. Igor completed the inspection and noted severe structural and environmental concerns that ultimately saved us from investing in a money pit. Due to the market, the house did sell at asking and needless to say the new owners ( normal people, not flippers) have been continuously completing renovations for over a year now and have yet to be able to move into their home. It's a constant, grateful reminder that no level of optimism can resolve severe structural and environmental concerns.
