Mike and Ryan really helped me with a difficulty emergency repair where my entire house was without water due to some old CPVC plumbing that failed. As master plumbers, their expertise shined immediately. Converting all hose bibs on my house to PEX and replacing my very old shut off valves for a very reasonable price has given me confidence to move forward knowing that colder temperatures, once winterized, shouldn’t give me the same issues I had again in the future.

Putting the expertise aside for a second, they also were just extremely nice and well mannered guys. I think that’s always worth mentioning because that Isn’t always the case when dealing with customer service oriented positions. They were transparent from start to finish and we really appreciated that.

I will 100% be calling Apex with any plumbing related questions or issues that I have in the future.

Let me start with that I am a very decent DIY repair person. Was raised by a family who fixes things and often fixes them themselves. With that said I have owned my house for 15 years and this was to be the first time I ever had to call a plumber. I was very apprehensive about it as I thought it would cost me a small fortune. Made a post about it on Social Media and Mike was suggested by a family member. Called him first thing in the AM. He considered ours an emergency and moved his schedule of non emergency visits to get to us sooner. Mike was very friendly and I immediately trusted him. He was also able to resolve the issue very quickly and at a cost that was extremely fair! He left the place cleaner than he found it and even gave me some quotes on some future things I want done. I can not recommend him enough to anyone! Whatever you need done call him!

Mike has worked on our bathroom remodel, install of a house water filter, (which is a big plus when you have well water), ran a line to our refrigerator for that water filter and ice maker, installed new faucets and garbage disposal in the kitchen, and fixed the outside faucets. He responds quickly to your call, knows his stuff, very reasonable prices. A true professional!

Had a plumbing emergency over the weekend. Apex came the same day and sorted everything immediately. Crew was super friendly and knowledgeable. Even with an emergency call, all pricing was fair and reasonable. Easy to reach and very available with answers to follow up questions and concerns. An absolute pleasure to deal with start to finish. Quality work at a great value. Mike was very professional. Responded quickly to all communication and drove over an hour to see me. I would recommend to anyone. I had three jobs for him and he got them all done within hours.

Requested sink drain repair and to look at a corroding pipe on hvac blower. Said he could fix the pipe. Well after he cut he realized the fitting was brazed and said I’d need to find another plumber. Left us with no heat for two days. The cut was made such that the coil it connected to in the unit had to be replaced. $4000 later. Also, the drain is now leaking only a few months out.

We had a problem with our water heater and dreaded being told that we needed thousands of dollars of service. Mike came highly recommended and was wonderful. He knew exactly what the actual (quite technical) problem was and had it fixed in half an hour for a very reasonable cost. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honorable in working with us. Intend to use him exclusively for anything related to plumbing. Thanks Mike!

Apex fixed a major repair of our toilet. All of the pipes had to be replaced, rerouted and Mike not only came out and fixed it all, he was able to fix it quickly and in time for us to complete the rest of our home renovation project. He is thorough, skilled, and a great guy! We are lucky to have had him complete work in our home.
