They tried to tell me I needed a 700 dollar repair as the one part was non replaceable. 60 dollar part and 25 mins later and I had it fixed myself. avoid this company

My microwave worked intermittently, so they came and replaced a switch in the door (for $370!!), and after less than a week the problem kept on just the same!.
They don't take any responsibility for the repair neither warranty!! -
I have used Bucko's Appliance Repair for almost 20 years and have had prompt and quality service every time I've used them, whether it was for warranty repair or for general repair on many different house hold appliances. I recommend them very highly.

We have a Bosch dishwasher that needed repair. After having no return calls, twice, from another repair service and having one tells us they don't repair Bosch dishwashers, we conatcted Bucko's who responded immediately. They came out within days, gave us two options, of which we took least expensive, for now. Cost was minimal. Service repair man was very helpful. We couldn't have asked for better service.

We always use Bucko’s for our appliance repair needs. They are prompt, responsive, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy and their prices are fair. They service several brands and are especially good with older appliances.

Hi there people. I am not one to usually write reviews, actually this is my first ever, so here goes. I had been experiencing issues with my Maytag refrigerator for a week and a half (fridge warm, freezer fine) and given my mechanical skills, I decided to troubleshoot myself. No luck. Problem persisted. I called Maytag, and Buckos was on their approved list as a vendor/certified repair shop. Well much to my delight, they were able to send someone out the very next day, and the experience from start to finish was outstanding. Not only was the tech on time, and called prior to arrival, the diagnostic took mere minutes, and the repair was completed within the hour. Perfect. The tech (I believe his name was Tim) was courteous, good humored, well mannered and absolutely professional in all aspects. Not only did he complete the repair competently, he cleaned up after himself.
Service beyond the call of duty. Wholeheartedly recommend this firm.
Outstanding

Second time I have used Bucko’s and they are great. My LED light went out with my whirlpool fridge; fixed in a few minutes! Service is top notch and they offer parts lower than anywhere else online. Highly recommend !

Our Asko Washing machine broke and Bucko’s is the only service in the area that works on that brand. We knew it was the control panel that was broken and told them that when we set up the appointment. The repairman came and spend about 10 minutes looking at the machine and said that it the control board did need to be replaced. We paid the $130 diagnostic fee despite the fact that we already knew what the problem was and they only spent about 10 minutes diagnosing the problem. They called the next day and told us that the parts and labor for the repair would be over $600 on top of the $130 that we already paid for the 10 minutes of time that it took to “diagnose” the problem. That is more than we paid for the machine in the first place and they said “I guess you probably don’t want to fix it then?”.
If you have an Asko appliance, you should be wary of paying the $130 diagnosis fee only for them to tell you that the repair is probably too expensive to be worth doing. -
Their “diagnosis” is purely guess work. Fridge, oh it’s the board. Nope it’s something else. Stove, it’s the switch. Nope is the element. Couple years ago on the dishwasher…could be motor or the board. I took a guess on motor and that was it. Now I’ve paid a ton of money for a diagnosis and parts and labor for things I didn’t need and still have appliances not working correctly. Nice enough people but don’t bother. Thanks for calling and working to refund some of the costs since the one appliance still is experiencing the same issue.
