Reviews of local pros in Medford, New Jersey

First Class tree service is the ONLY tree service I will ever use! They are professional, insured, and true experts in what they do.

Big thanks to Sonny and the team at First Class Tree Service! After a recent storm, we had a tree dangerously close to falling on our deck. His crew came out quickly and safely removed it. Fair pricing, professional work, and true peace of mind—highly recommend!

Fantastic service. Great price. No damage to my sprinklers. My daughter recommended First Class Tree Service after using other local tree companies and getting several quotes. Sonny and his crew were far more reasonable then many others that she got quotes from. I spoke with Sonny on Friday to get a quote to take down several large trees and clean up all the others on the property. (We live in Shamong. We have more trees then can be counted) The price was excellent and they were out the following Saturday to do the work. (Working on the weekend, bonus) They got a late start because of another job that morning but still managed to get all the work done and cleaned up by that evening. Sonny texted me the next day while I was out of town to tell me he was having the crew stop back to do a little more clean up work. Although I though they did a great job, he wanted it better. Great job.

First Class Tree Service truly did a first-class job! Sonny's crew arrived early to cut down a HUGE twin poplar (over 70 feet tall) that was only 12 feet off the house with branches hanging over the roof. Each trunk was over 32 inches in diameter. They arrived early on a day that was 100 degrees. They continued working into early evening to complete the work including the grinding of an enormous stump with many roots. They damaged nothing and they cleaned everything including blowing off the two roofs that had small debris. The pricing was very good and the service was everything Sonny promised. I highly recommend this tree service and will be using them again.

First Class did an amazing job. they knocked out a 100+ foot tree that hung over my house as well as 10 other trees in one day. when I came back to the property the next day it was as if they just DELETED the trees I requested. They even grinded all the stumps of a bunch of other trees I did myself because they're a generous bunch of hardworking men. If you're looking for a tree guy, call Sonny and his brother Joe at First Class Tree Service because they're best in class and will give you an honest quote.

Got a quote Tuesday, weather was nice so they came out next day to drop a few trees and trim another. Very professional company from the owner, to the guy cleaning up debris. Watched their process for a little while, and the experience shows. Operates as a well oiled machine. They won't leave any unwanted wood on your property for you to take care of. The name says it all. Highly recommended.

Their name says it all. I have used First Class for both emergency service and routine tree work and they are as good as it gets. They are professional and respond quickly with high quality workmanship at very reasonable prices.

First Class Tree Service lived up to their name! Sonny and his crew did an amazing job cleaning up our property. We had several dead trees left behind by the previous owner, and they took care of everything quickly and professionally. The pricing was very affordable compared to other quotes I received, and the quality of their work was top-notch. I highly recommend First Class Tree Service to anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced tree removal or cleanup.

They came out for an estimate on 10/7/25, by 10/10/25 they were at my house. Everything was removed so fast and they cleaned up the yard, which I was not expecting. The price was unbeatable. I am ecstatic with the job! Definitely using them for all future jobs and highly recommend. Thank you, Sonny!

I hired First Class Tree Service to remove several massive pine and oak trees from my property, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Sonny and his crew were not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable and experienced. Their customer service was exceptional—among the best I’ve ever received from any contractor. They welcomed my questions and suggestions, ensuring I was fully satisfied every step of the way. The final result exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend First Class Tree Service as the top tree company in South Jersey!

We have used First Class Tree Service for several years. We used them for tree removal and trimming for aesthetic purposes on our property and for emergency services for fallen trees from storms. They have always been extremely professional and their prices are extremely reasonable. They are dependable and arrive on time. The clean up has been exceptional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree removal and tree trimming services.

First Class Tree Service is truly FIRST CLASS. Sonny and his crew showed up when they said they would, were friendly and listened to my wants and concerns. The team is highly skilled. They removed large trees close to my house, ground every stump and cleaned up like they were never here. Their prices were also competitive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Paradise is the best around. Had a paver patio installed. Mike, the owner, is very responsive and is present during the project. Great price and the quality is second to none. 10/10 and would recommend.

Their team did a great job on our paver patio/ firepit. I've done my fair of construction and I appreciate people who take pride in their work. Thats exactly what they did. They even threw in a few extra details like running my gutters away from the area to protect their work for the long run. Highly Recommend!

This team took on our complicated project and delivered an excellent product. We are very thankful for Mike and his team's great management, professionalism, and kindness over the long process of our yard renovation. We look forward to working with him again and highly recommend him.

Professional, detail oriented, reasonable and honest. I couldn’t be more pleased with our new pool deck. Great team.

Very professional, thank you!

Mike and his team are a joy to work with.

I've used Mike and team for more than a handful of projects over the years. On price, on time and professionals.

Highly recommended on a $250K driveway/hardscaping and landscaping project on Long Beach Island. Great people to work with and would use again.

Mike And his team did a great job on my walks and patio , then came back with a beautiful detail for our landscaping.
