Home Appliance Repair Metuchen was recommended to me by some friends. I called them up to have my home entertainment system checked. Their technician told me that there was a problem with its wiring, so he had them neatly arranged and even replaced some of the worn out wires.

Our garbage disposal was clogged and Home Appliance Repair Metuchen saved the day. Their technician unclogged the system and cleaned it and I could now use it like I didn’t have a problem with it. Their appliance service cost was reasonable and it was the same as the quote that they have gave me.

The door of our fridge was sweating too much and that didn’t happen before so I called Home Appliance Repair Metuchen for their refrigerator repair. After checking on it, the technician learned that it was caused by worn hinges. He replaced them and I didn’t have the same concern after that. I’m happy with their quick response.

This is a useless helpless service company. I called for service several places and calls were going to one place. I think call center taking call for all these places. Finally I scheduled for ONE day after the call hoping that I will get service in the morning and I was scheduled next day for 9 AM. They were ready to send next day and I requested for one day day after next day. Received a call next day informing me that the GEO (tech) will come only 11 AM his first job is my house. Around noon I called and requested the status and informed that the technician is in another job. I was told my job is his first. She said now he is not answering the call. around 1 PM I called again and she said she need to contact the technician. 2 PM I contacted again she said technician having car trouble will schedule me for another day and I told them that I am very upset I told don't need their service and canceled it. These girls never give their names.
CAREFUL dealing with them. No No No.....waste my whole day,
