We were surprised by how cold our new home was until we realized the heating system wasn't functioning properly. We called Bill Leary for assistance and Justin and James showed up promptly.
They were highly competent and friendly, quickly diagnosing the problem and making adjustments on the spot to get our furnace running smoothly again. Their expertise and good-natured attitude put us at ease. Despite hoping not to need their services again soon, we'd certainly call them back if needed.

I recently had a harrowing experience with Bill Leary, which thankfully turned out well. Our heating system failed on a Sunday morning while we had a baby at home. I was impressed that someone arrived by 11am and got the heat back up and running. A second technician visited the following Wednesday and discovered both furnaces in our dual system were in poor condition. New ones were installed just the next day, Thursday. The crew worked from 8:30 am to 7:15 pm without a hitch. All the technicians I interacted with were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and put my family's safety above all else. They genuinely went above and beyond, which was a huge relief during that cold January when we had limited options and no heat.
