Horrible experience with this business. I hired them when I didn't really have dirty air ducts so it was an easy job. My issue is with the fact that they damages my basement wall when carrying their equipment downstairs. Upon complaining to them, they said they'll contact a handyman and then totally disappeared. They then blocked me from being able to contact them. Stay away at all costs.

What a lifesaver this company was! My AC stopped working right after the July 4th Holiday. They had the nicest tech ever out here the same day. He replaced the fan capacitor and was on his way in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again- and highly recommend Horton Heating & Air Service to anyone who asks.
