I arranged an estimate with Eric for Tuesday at 11am. He never showed and called hours later to reschedule for Weds, today. Great! He calls to confirm the appointment and I asked him to come an hour later since my floors were being cleaned at that time. He agrees and arrives at 12pm. I ask him to remove his work boots covered in paint since, as previously mentioned to him, the floors were just professionally cleaned. He refused and just walked away saying "Nah not worth the trouble." Guess cleanliness is not something this business will prioritize for any job.
