My experience with this pacific landscaping company was very disappointing. From the beginning, there was poor communication, failure to meet the agreed timeline, and the final work did not match what was promised or meet professional standards. Customer service was also lacking, and when I tried to address the issues, I did not receive a proper solution. I invested both time and money expecting quality service, but unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for responsibility, professionalism, and quality results.

New vinyl fence fell apart after first storm. My deck lights have never fully operated they blink constantly and they are different colors. I was promised that they would come back to repair the lights and they stopped responding to text messages and phone calls. They also stole pavers from my yard. Worst experience.
