They are very reliable, walk you through all the details step by step, communicated clearly, and completed the work on time. They will help you through design, permits, inspections, various registrations. They can help with financing and suggest best options. They are in for the long haul and more interested in maintaining a relationship with their customer. Glen walked through the cash flow details of financing a solar system vs leasing to help me make the beat decision. They are also local which helps compared to big name corps.

The electric and plumbing contractors were professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up after they were done. Glen, Chris and their team were outstanding. I had 41 solar panels put on the back of my house and a full house generator installed at the same time. They were very reliable, professional, easy to get in touch with, happily answered all my millions of questions and I am very happy I chose them for the job. They took care of everything with little involvement from me and the job was done on time as promised. They even moved vents on my roof to make sure it looked nice. Process was very easy throughout. The electricians and plumbers were polite, efficient, and instalation and clean up were perfect. I highly recommend this company.

It took quite a while but getting my Generac was well with the wait. From getting all the
approvals, then installing and setting up my

The technician (John) arrived on time. He explained us pros/cons of locking or not locking the generator door. Also gave us update on current condition and next things to plan for the generator.

After Michael M finished our yearly service yesterday, I mentioned to him that I was having difficulty reconnecting Mobile Link due to a recent router upgrade. Have spent all kinds of time trying to figure it out with no success. He offered to assist and had it reconnected in about 5 minutes. Thanks, Michael, for the excellent customer service!
