I have had Service Resource and Restoration out to my house twice in the past year for mold remediation and remodeling. Both projects went smooth and I was happy with the end results. The pricing was straight forward and very reasonable and I will have Service Resource and Restoration back out to complete other projects I have in mind.

Rich performed repairs on my home after several leaks caused by my solar panels. He was always on time, professional and diligent in his work. The outcome was always stellar. I highly recommend!

I called Service Resource & Restoration after a home inspection by a potential buyer revealed a possible mold issue in my crawl-space. Richard was very quick in coming out to quote the job and was clearly very knowledgeable. I suppose any of a dozen contractors could have fixed the issue but I’m certain none would have done it as quickly and at nearly as fair of a price.

Rich came in to look at some ceiling cracks due to a roof leak. He quickly explained what needed to be done, why, and sent over an estimate faster than expected. Once he started the work, he stayed until it was done. Great quality - the ceiling looks better than before the leak! Highly recommended.

My husband and I hired Rich to do our kitchen remodel. We are so grateful and so happy from start to finish with the work that he performed in our house. Through many obstacles which was no fault of his he own he completed our beautiful kitchen and also did other work at our house. That's hard to find

The work was completed efficiently and on time. Rich cleaned up each day after his work and offered constructive suggestions. He also took away all the debris. We have asked him back to complete other jobs as well as suggesting him to our neighbors.

Had water damage in living room from broken water heater. Rich responded quickly. Very professional and easy to work with. Great at staying in contact and giving guidance on my situation.

I hired Service Resource & Restoration to repair damage caused by a ruptured water heater on the second floor of my mother's townhouse. The owner (Rich) was very attentive, knowledgeable in construction, and had experience in working with insurance companies to secure the money needed to do the repairs the right way. After the work was completed, we noticed a couple of areas where the paint needed to be retouched, which he took care of immediately. I would highly recommend SS&R to anyone who is currently seeking an honest and reliable contractor. They are not the cheapest, but they provide good value for the money.
