Mario and his crew did a quick and fantastic installation of ductless, mini split a/c units in our house. We couldn't be happier with the system and we would highly recommend Atlantis.

I've very disappointed in the service that we received from this institution. I saw their ad on Instagram as we just bought a house and houses up here are so dated and need significant upgrades. I used the very easy to use website to schedule a time to come to the house to get an estimate. I get a call back within say 5 or 10 minutes. Seems very efficient. Then I guess the head honcho calls and leaves a message saying that the provide very good service.

Come to the day of the walk through for the estimate. I take the day off, we closed this day so I'm high from the adrenaline of owning a new home. The appointment is between 1:30 to 2:30. I read the email wrong and though the contractor was to come at 1:30, but no the contractor has a 1 hour window and I found that out after calling at about 1:50. Then I receive a call back and they tell me they're gonna get in touch with the contractor. I then get a call back saying that the contractor is in Florida.

Now... couple of things...
1) When did he go to Florida? The morning of? On the weekend? When? What kind of business doesn't know where their workers are?
2) Did the worker inform the business? If not, that person should be fired. I cant up and walk away from my job without telling my boss I'm gonna be somewhere or I have to take care of some business. Now if the person did inform the business, then why am I getting reminders on my phone about the appointment.

I had a thought that I should reschedule my appointment and be conveniently in florida when that happens. But I don't feel like I should waste people's time like this contractor and Atlantis Heating wasted my time. Maybe my experience is an anomaly snd they provide great service, but I will never know.

Quote was extremely competitive for replacing complete boiler and they did everything they detailed in the quote. Nice clean job and made sure everything was working right before they left. Love their very extended warranty on labor. 5 stars to me.
