He is very knowledgable about all kinds of rugs and has beautiful carpets for sale in his store. I would not hesitate to work with him again. We are very pleased.

I recently purchased a beautiful oriental rug and used the rug cleaning service. David thr owner could not have been more professional . All my questions were answered and his delivery and service were impeccable.

I had called a couple “carpet cleaning” services for estimates before I thought to call David- I had purchased my beautiful Savonnerie and Aubusson carpets from him years before. I am SO GLAD I did! It was obvious that the “cleaning service” people didn’t really understand the needs of special carpets and their prices were not really even lower! David took really great care of my carpets and was meticulous about the cleaning and the replacement of the carpets in my home. Do NOT go anywhere else for cleaning of your special carpets.

We had a unique request to fit our 9x12 wool rectangular carpet against our rounded hearth. Not an easy task, but David did not cower! He talked us through the entire process and the end result is impeccable. Not only did he produce the final product (which was hand sewn!) in just a few days, he went the extra mile to cut our rug pad for us and took time to position the carpet correctly. He was professional, communicative, and above all- talented! Highly recommend!

I purchased 2 gorgeous rugs from David 7 years ago. Both rugs have worn beautifully and look brand new. But I noticed that the pad under the den rug had degraded. I called David and he came to my home and replaced it with a new pad. The old pad was somewhat stuck to the floor. He took care to clean the floor carefully and thoroughly, not scratching any part of the wood floor. Really really amazing Customer Service I couldn’t be more thrilled.
