AOA was top notch from start to finish. The estimate seemed fair, the explaination of the job was thorough and clear. The clean up crew came in and was neat with the set -up of the containment area and went to work. The quality was excellent the walked me through all the work that was done showed me both pictures and video of the work completed. Highly recommend to others!!!

Absolute class in customer service. We called Pablo on a whim after identifying a potential water issue. He went out of his way to come straight to us despite being between other obligations and use the time he had to identify possible issues and solutions and make sure we understood all of them.

AOA responded quickly when I had a significant plumbing leak that affected 3 levels of my house. They left the house clean and tidy. I’ve never needed remediation
/cleanup before so I don’t have any comparison to make but their work was fully covered by my homeowners insurance. I would use AOA again (but I hope I won’t need them!)

AOA was very responsive and took care of everything. I felt overwhelmed and they put me at ease. They took photos and videos and submitted everything directly to my insurance company. It was a very thorough cleaning that included removal of damaged items, removal of sheet rock and full drying. I would highly recommend them.

AOA came and very quickly took care of our sewer-pipe leak. They removed all affected areas of the floor and walls and cleaned everything up. Additionally, they cleaned an entire area of our basement that was adjacent to where the issue was. The entire area surrounding their job was left in a pristine state and they were very professional. The timeframe they had quoted for the job was accurate. The two men who performed the job were personable and answered all questions I had. They draped tarp everywhere from the job site to the front door to make sure no dirt was transferred during the work. They removed all the garbage and took it with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

James and team were terrific to work with. Professional and efficient. Cleaned up and removed water-related damage, assessed damage and shared directly with insurance company, left the rooms neat and clean. Truly handled everything. Highly recommend.

So these guys were recommended to me by a friend and we are thrilled we took a shot here. We remodeled a home and we were about two weeks from moving in and had some last minute stuff needing to get done. The amount of dust and debris was crazy. They came the morning prior to our move in and this was them accommodating our moving target date without any resistance (thank you)!

From the first interaction with the sales rep Andoni, we knew we were in good hands. Thorough details paid attention too from the start and carried through to the cleaning.

We had a full deep clean and we decided to add on the HALO sanitization as an extra layer of protection. We had workers in the house that morning finishing up some work and these guys were unphased and graciously worked in other parts of the home until my guys were done. Juan, Pablo, Dina and the entire crew were amazing. Working tirelessly to save our home after hurricane Ida. We had two floor completely flooded. They answered their phones, unlike every other service, came right away to help us and worked fast and clean. I honestly do not know what we would have done without them. I feel the service was exceptional. The day I called is the same day an inspector came out to look at the job and offered same day clean up, however I opted for the next day instead of paying after hour charges, They were so professional and did an amazing job.

No one wants to have a water/sewage problem, but if you do AOA Cleaning & Restoration is who I call. Being a professional Property Manager for over 40 years from time to time I need these type of services and James of AOA is who I call. Just had a problem less than a month ago and like always, James was very responsive, came out right away, gave me an estimate right away and scheduled and completed the work right away. With a broken sanitary sewer line in a multiple tenant building, I needed all of the above done right away, and James came through and when AOA was done, it was like the problem never happened!
