Unprofessional and incompetent. GE sent them out for in issue with my dishwasher. They confirmed the appointment for a week out, reached out the night before the appointment to reschedule for the following day. When they showed up they took the unit out looked at it for a few minutes and said they would have to call GE tech support but they didn’t have time to do it that day. We asked them to, at least put it back together, so we could use it in the meantime until they came back. After they left, the unit was leaking worse and worse. Upon further inspection, we noticed that they never secured the unit back in place and the screws were nowhere to be found. I also noticed that they had damaged the kick plate. I called and left several voicemails asking them to address the issue. When they finally got back to me, several days later, to schedule an appointment, I reiterated that they should bring a new kick plate to replace the one they damaged. The receptionist argued with me, saying that she would not take responsibility for the damage. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with her response, she told me she would cancel my appointment and told me to have GE find a different company to handle my repair. I would recommend staying far away from this company as they are a major liability to have in your home.

We developed a leak in our front loading washing machine and with some quick observation saw that it was the hose gasket that holds the door seal in place. After some quick self diagnostic work I decided to call for a professional to come out and ensure that it would be repaired properly so as not to have a leak again. I have a Sears Home Warranty and when I reached out to them I couldn't get an appointment until the 26th of October, so routed the job to Adorno Appliances. I had to contact them as they were slow to reach out and when the repairman showed up, he refused to do the job because I had removed 4 screws access the drain so water wouldnt sit stagnant in there. He claimed it was now a two man job and would have to reschedule me. I called Adorno this morning and was told that they weren't coming back out because I had "taken apart" my machine and that I need to call Sears again and have the job reassigned. Well, Adorno, a phone call to Sears did happen to lodge a complaint against you, and a YouTube video did happen and my wife and I were able to do what your incompetent service tech couldn't. DO NOT USE ADORNO

In this day and age of disappearing customer service and total lack of customer support, communication and care, never mind interest and involvement, we were pleasantly pleased and surprised to realize that yes, there is actually a business that offers all of the above and even more. Yari and Adorno Appliances are a beacon of light in the murky waters offered by Sears . Twenty years ago, my husband and I purchased our new Kenmore appliances from Sears and the maintenance agreements for each one. Well, now that we are in dire need of fulfilling that agreement as offered by Sears so many years ago , and after paying the maintenance cost each and every year, Sears has us jumping through hoops and calling several different departments every day for the past two months. We never talk to the same person twice and no one has an answer. Thank goodness for Adorno. They sent out a service tech four different times as insisted by Sears, completed the required inspection and paperwork, followed through , and contacted Sears several times on our behalf. And guess what? They kept us in the loop, always calling us back to report progress, ( or not ) and after several weeks of intervening on our behalf, were successful in obtaining approval for our new washer as stated in our contract.. Thank you, thank you , thank you 🙏🏽 Yari and Adorno, you really delivered for us. And even offered suggestions and advice on which model is the best choice . We could not have done this without you and are forever grateful . Your business is what Customer Support is all about . Sure wish there were more like you! Carole and Fred

Adorno was recommended by GE when I had an issue problem with my 2-year old "Cafe" refrigerator. Adorno came to my home several times to replace components and eventually concluded that there was a failure in the GE sealed system (compressor/ condenser). Adorno guided me through the GE warranty process and was instrumental in helping me file a successful claim for a replacement (new) refrigerator from GE. Adorno is a family owned and operated business that is prompt, honest, reliable and knowledgeable. I recommend them without qualification.

I would never recommend Adorno appliances to my worst enemy their technician is the worst you can ever imagine very bad attitude from the start does not know what the hell he's doing very unprofessional when he couldn't and didn't know what to do if you got frustrated and was yelling at me in my own house and he left me with all the parts of my dishwasher on the floor never put them back together, and when I called to report him to his company his manager was even worse than him so please stay away from this company his company is the worst unfortunately I don't have a chance to rate them zero The lowest I can write them is one

Unfortunately after 4 visits Adorno was still unable to fix my freezer. On the last visit they refused to run diagnostics to figure out what was wrong with my freezer. They have refused to come back to my house to try to repair my freezer even though I have paid for the repair service. I highly suggest that you do not use this company for appliance repair. I see that you replied to my initial review and I cannot respond so I will answer here. You did not confirm that my freezer was working correctly. You checked the temperature and did not listen to my daughter (and you were actually rude to her) who told you that our ice cream has been melting since the last time you came out. Do not accept the contract from Frigidaire to fix the problem if you are not capable of fixing it.

I would not recommend Adorno Appliance. Two weeks ago, they came to fix my washer/dryer combo and the experience was awful from start to finish. The technician showed up looking unprofessional, smelled bad, and clearly wasn’t prepared — which, I later noticed, is something other reviews have mentioned too. He told me he was going to leave because he arrived early, then stayed but couldn’t fix anything and said a part had to be ordered. After waiting two weeks, they scheduled another appointment only to cancel an hour before, saying it required two people instead of one. Meanwhile, I’ve been stuck without a working washer/dryer for weeks. Between the lack of professionalism, last-minute cancellations, and the technician’s poor appearance and hygiene, this company has been extremely disappointing. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

The Adorno employees were extremely kind and treated my washer & dryer with care. Unlike some of the reviews state, they were helpful and accommodating. Mr. Blad & Arturo spoke me to in a professional manner, explaining carefully what they were doing when I asked. I would 100% recommend Adorno Appliances to anyone having troubles.
