I have used this company since I moved in to the neighborhood. They were the company that upgraded the original equipment and is very convenient to come in to check and service the ac/heating equipment

During this heat wave, they sent a tech out right away. They fixed my problem and had some good advice about attic fans. Friendly people ! I highly recommend them.

Arrived 30 mins after I called as he was local. Santo Diagnosed and Fixed an issue (He replaced a faulty capacitor) for a fraction of the cost that the original installer was asking. The other company quoted a 3500$ compressor replacement despite this unit being <6 years old. I am glad i looked for a second option.

I live in an adult community in Monroe and have used ICC for all of my heating and cooling work. They have ALWAYS been prompt, efficient, polite and fairly priced. I have no connections to this company but would not hesitate to recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

My family has used ICC for over thirty years. New water heater, new A/C Units, new furnaces etc. And when we need a service call they are usually on-site within an hour to help us out. They go well above and beyond what could be expected. Even after moving out of the immediate Monroe Twp.area and up to Westfield, we still ask them to drive a bit out of their way to address our needs, the bottom line is we trust their work. Highly recommended, wish we could give them six stars!

We have used ICC since we moved to our new house. Every time, whether we scheduled an appointment or called with an emergency, the service has been fast, reliable and reasonable. They are not looking to spend your money and will not overcharge you. Even for a simple repair they are so much better priced than other HVAC companies we’ve used in the past. We highly recommend ICC and thank them so much for fixing our heat so quickly today and always providing great service.

We just bought a new home. The AC unit is past its prime and we thought we would need to have a new one installed so based on ICC’s reputation we called them for the job. We could have easily been “upsold” on a new AC system but instead they were able to service our system quickly and the service charge was EXTREMELY fair. We couldn’t be happier knowing we have found a very trustworthy HVAC company.

I don’t get impressed too often. ICC impresses. Anne Marie was wonderful to deal with, from scheduling the estimate to holding an installation date for me as I committed to another estimate and to guiding me through all the in betweens. Santos came in with an extremely reasonable and fair price for a quality product. Todd, Marcus, Robert and John worked hard, meticulous and clean doing the install on a pretty hot day. This company is old school American blue collar. I recommend them highly for their honesty and hard, thorough work!!!! 🇺🇸

Best price for new unit! Santos was very friendly and honest. Had issue with unit 3 months after installation. Someone was out first thing next morning!
