I cannot say enough about this company. On numerous occasions they have impressed us. In our previous home they changed all our ductwork and did a remarkable job in 2018. Then this year my wife called to ask a heating question about a certain service and the woman on the phone told us the service is not necessary. And lastly, they sent over a serviceman to fix our leak in a 2" PVC pipe in our attic and found the problem and did a great job in finding it and fixing it. We had roofing contractors come over and told us it was our roof and gave us astronomical estimates for something that was unnecessary. For any heating or AC issues, I strongly recommend ICC to do the job. Thanks agdin

ICC Heating was referred to us by our neighbor when we moved into our home in Monroe nine years ago. From the very start, they were professional and courteous and always on time. We needed to install a new heat pump five years ago and ICC provided a more efficient system in one day. They offer an annual maintenance contract which is so worth the money. If you’re looking for a very knowledgeable and family owned business, ICC is the one to call. Highly recommend. Thank you ICC for always caring.

Sorry to say that this company does not hold the stellar reputation it once had. They have failed in helping my 89 year old mother sustain heat in her home after many visits.
A competitor air conditioning company came in and after 2 hours of dealing with faulty old wiring (never attended to), they had my mom toasty warm.

My mother is 70 and has been living in a hot, humid house for FOUR DAYS because of ICC. Yesterday they came out to fix the unit. They claim to have replaced some board or another, said it was all fixed and drove away.

It wasn't fixed.

Her so-called service contract with this place is useless. They don't return phone calls, they don't check their own work but they do make sure to pocket people's money on that joke they call a "service" contract.

Tomorrow it's going to be 87 degrees with 100% humidity and in desperation my mom tried calling this company again - now, remember, she pays good money for an annual service contract.

And what happened....?

My mother finally reached the owner on the phone at the end of the day and he told her to kiss his ass and drop dead. He gets a 1 star for manners too.

Save your money and avoid frustration. Skip this place.
