Michelle and crew at SERVPRO are who you want to be dealing with in an unfortunate situation. We had a 2nd floor toilet leak into the dining room ceiling. Our insurance recommended calling them. I truly appreciated the immediate call backs and attention to scheduling with the busy-working-family we are. Thank you, Michelle and the crew who worked on the job.

Travis & his team were on-site for a sprinkler malfunction within 30 minutes. The quick response and mobilization saved us tens of thousands of dollars and weeks of construction. We could not have been happier with their service.

I called because I had a sump pump failure and had water damage. I was so nervous about the whole process but they made it easy and they came quickly. Usually you have to wait hours but they came right away. They finished the job quickly. The technician that came was informative and friendly and made the whole process a breeze. The Servepro team arrived ready for action...incredibly efficient and professional. They moved heavy furniture and set up the dryers. Within three days we were dry and after a follow up, they removed the equipment.
In fact they're returning to move back some furniture👏👏

Servpro of Montclair was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend them. My refrigerator waterline broke and leaked into my newly renovated family room below . The refrigerator must have been leaking for days before we realized we had a water leak. Servpro of Montclair was at my home within a few hours of my call. They took care of everything for me. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. When the job was complete Servpro left my home immaculate. You would never have never of known I had any water damage. I was beyond pleased.

Called ServPro at 4:30 am and a very nice woman answered and said she would have crew out by 7 am. They arrived at 7 am as promised and went to work immediately pumping out water in my basement and bringing in fans and dehumidifiers. They left their equipment to continue to dry and came back to check to make sure everything was okay and picked up their equipment in a few days and all is dry. Great customer service from beginning to end. Thank you.

SERVPRO - Montclair/West Orange is truly a first rate company!!! When my mom had a toilet leak into her kitchen the ServPro team provided prompt, professional, and expert service. From the front office, Michelle, who kept us informed every step of the way to Travis, the on site manager who was extremely knowledgeable and provided upfront expertise regarding the entire process, to the on-site team, together they made a challenging time a much more palpable experience.

Called Travis @ ServPro when a unit above our office had their water heater break over the Christmas break - there was 1-2 inches of water throughout the office by Sunday. He was "the man" throughout the process - they came within ~2-3 hours and reached out to the insurance company directly to get approvals. After my electronic claim, he was able to get in touch with them before I even was. Their initial arrival (on a Sunday) was at least 6-8 hours quicker than the neighboring office's abatement company who called their insurance company that morning.

Noah was the "feet on the street" or feet on the wet carpet guy who was doing the majority of the work with 1 or 2 other people most days - he was FANTASTIC!

Once abated, Travis even had our carpets cleaned and bathroom fixtures put back in - at NO COST - so we could operate with little impact prior to contractors coming in to do repairs and replacements. He explained the whole process from soup to nuts above and beyond what ServPro does, including how to interact and work with the insurance company throughout these steps and ensure all of the work for comparable replacements was covered.

When I say they went above and beyond, that was an understatement. And they were here checking on everything at least 2x as much as the abatement companies for the other offices / units that were impacted.

Kudos to a solid operation, company / franchise location, and employees that take a terrible event and makes it the least bad it can be.

Mont Clair / West orange. I had a major toilet overflow in my newly finished basement. Servpro was out in no time to clean up the mess. Travis and his crew were very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. From speaking with the office to the technicians at my home I am more then pleased.

We had a serious water problem in our basement. Joseph and his team were prompt, professional, and explained everything clearly. Servpro really saved us.

Our childcare center experience plumbing issues which resulted in contaminated water on the floor and in a storage closet. I called Servpro and spoke with Joe, who was extremely accommodating and sent Travis out to our site immediately.

Travis quickly accessed the situation, gave us a fair quote with a thorough explanation of what would happen and even went as far as to double check with our local health inspector that the products used would meet his requirements (they did). The work was performed right then and there and was completed just a few hours after I had placed my original phone call.

From start to finish, this was an excellent experience and both Joe and Travis were prompt and professional. Our space looks great and we feel confident in knowing that the mess was handled appropriately. We would definitely recommend Servpro!

The fire crew with leader Cindy and her crew members , Niki, Emily, Joe and Matt were extremely helpful and through in their work of clearing out and packing our many items of our fire damaged storage unit. Many of my paintings were stored there and they carefully packed them for cleaning.
They also answered all our questions on going. And we were very pleased of how the items were returned cleaned and in a timely manner.
I will be recommending ServPro of West Orange to friends and family as they were an extremely professional group and handled our items with great care.

Our house was flooded during Grayson, which was devastating also because we just brought it. There is a lot to deal with in these situations. Servpro made one of the hardest parts - assessing the damage, drying it and cleaning it - so much less stressful! Joe and Travis are the best!!
They were on the spot already on day one, just to minimize damage and to assess their work. They were communicative and professional, nice and on time. They explained everything they did in detail, and made sure we were OK with it. They also communicated directly with our insurance, making our life a bit easier! The process is rough - when the fans are in, the house is full of dust and noise. But they made sure almost everything was dry (our house is made of plaster and wood, hard to dry) and what was not dry, they explained to us how to replace. They were a ray of light in this s**it storm. Strongly recommend!

Michelle was very helpful in facilitating the process btwn me and insurance company. Several young men did the mold remediation, however, Pedro did the dirtiest work. He was thorough, diligent and humble. He emerged from the basement looking like he'd been in a coal mine. Truly great job he did. I am appreciative. They did a such a good job of the mold remediation, I asked for a re-build quote. Despite requesting several times, I never received one.

I needed mold and water remediation and called several companies. One gave me a ridiculous estimate over the phone and another showed up with a swag bag and another inflated price. I've used several remediation companies in the past and they each have had their qualities and weaknesses. This is not the case with ServPro of Montclair / W.O. that match value and service with price. Their communication was excellent and they even delivered drying machines in the night when they became available. The work was done quickly and professionally. No b.s. promises, they tell you what they can and can not due like when it was a hurricane and they were swamped with calls for drying equipment. As soon as several were available, boom - they delivered them. The guys then came and worked fast and clean up when they were done. I also received invaluable advice on dealing with the adjuster and insurance company regarding handling of my claim.
100% using them should the need arise. Also just very nice people from the great guys in the field to the office and can be reached no matter the day or time.

We had a 10 inches of water in our Entire basement with loss of Power Aug 4 , 2020. Called our Ins Company Chubb who sent Serve Pro as first responders . They came right away and with help of Generators which were hard to get dealt with our basement .Unf they had to get more Generators to start the Sumppumps to pump the water out!!

Our Ins Company has sent another company to get an opinion but they said basically to call when the power came back ! Which was four days later!!!
Service Pro are truly first responders , very Professional and did an awesome job with the cleaning !
Hoping they can reconstruct the entire ripped off basement after the underlying source of water in the basement is solved !since this happened two years ago as well in absence of power loss .

We had a sewer backup into our laundry room and leaking into our garage this past Sunday and I called ServPro at 3 pm. I was amazed when they answered and said they would be here in an hour. On the dot, Josh and Chris showed up and got right to work. They made us feel taken care of and with my wife being less than two weeks from her due date it was exactly what we needed.

The guys followed up each day to ensure everything was drying out and when they came to pick up their equipment they made sure we had no remaining questions and said if we notice anything to let them know.

Josh is a remarkable personality and super salesman. Although there was a mixup between my wife and me about which company we were going with, Josh convinced me we were on the right track with ServePro. As a retired retail manager and door to door salesman I recognize Josh as a closer.
