3 appointments and 3 No shows and no calls to tell us they were not coming! I read the other comments but I wanted to believe it would be different, it was not . Now I can’t get an answer on when they are coming. No one in service that can tell me anything! Amazing !!

I called on Friday, told coming that day. Again no show , No call . Spin any way you want to . No show, no calls is poor service . Your 4 reps did not call!!

I trust nobody more than George and his staff to service my pool. Exceptional customer service George and his staff do a great job helping with any issues that have occurred.

Very unprofessional. They put you on schedule, but don't keep the appointment, always have excuses for. They don't call to reschedule or confirm, or update, don't pickup the phone either. You can wait forever for them to come to your pool. Waste of time. Find another company that really cares about the customer.

Crystal Clean has always taken great care of a multitude of jobs for myself and my family. George is very passionate and always has the customers best interest in mind.

This company is very unprofessional, they approach you but don't keep their appointments. On their first visit they tried to exaggerate the condition of the pool than what it was to make extra service visits. Probably used stronger chemicals which damaged the pool lining and ripped off with a big hole at one place also visible bumps on the lining. Tried to fill the pool with water as told by the worker but noticed after 18 hours that water is not staying in the pool and was leaking. Company did not take responsibility and referred a pool diver to patch the punctured hole. Got the punctured hole fixed with no guarantee that it will stay fixed. Diver who has 20 years experience said that it could be an accident by the cleaner but company refuses to take responsibility and sent an invoice with double the amount that was quoted. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

After being a loyal customer for nearly 10 years, I received the most horrendous customer service. I was given the run around for about two weeks. After a couple no shows and pushing me back on their calendar, without any communication unless I reached out, I checked in to ensure they were showing up for the third time, and again no feedback. Eventually I received an email from the owner, but the job was never done.

The CC Pool team was super responsive and helpful, especially with the more complicated issues. They turned out to be the most cost effective pool company as well. Highly recommend!

George and the crew at Crystal Clean never disappoint.
They open and close my pool when scheduled, clean it beautifully and when something needs to be repaired they can be counted on to respond quickly. I highly recommend!

This was the most unprofessional and incompetent pool company we have ever used. We hired crystal clean pools to do a basic pool opening for the season and they left a mess in our pool. All the debris that was on our pool cover was in our pool. They said they would come back in a couple of days to vaccuum / clean however they did not. I had to call the office several times to follow up with them and they told me they would have someone come by within minutes of my call however they showed up hours later to do nothing. They sent me an email letting me know that other customers were more important and that they would close out my account to not further upset me. Zero people skills zero customer service. What good company does that? They could care less about my concerns. They never did their job to clean or vaccum the pool. They basically took our cover off and left a huge mess.
