Nick B was a pleasure to work with in fixing reverse osmosis issues. He was fast and diligent in his actual work. He explained everything thoroughly, including the issue, the process, and how the sink problem was being handled. He was very friendly to our family, and we could not recommend his services enough.

Joey and Pat did a great job. They had us up and running in one workday with a brand new Hvac system. The only thing to do tomorrow is a few minor adjustments. But, they are great to work with. Local employees and businesses. No salesperson will give you an estimate.

It was obvious that our water heater had broken. We had water that was rusty, and it gave off a bad odor. We were not going to shower in those conditions. Lisa was very helpful when I contacted their customer service center. Randy was sent to our house to inspect the heater. He did a good job. We can now enjoy hot water and clean baths. Thank you.

Wayne was responsive and helpful. He helped me out with an odd gas problem. Super nice. Great communicator. Refused to charge (repeatedly!) They refused (repeatedly) to charge any parts or labor charges until the problem had been fully solved. Very good service.

Sammy and Jimmy have the best service. They were very thorough in explaining to me the details of my camera inspection and did a thorough drain cleaning. The team did me the huge favor of pulling out a long brush which had accidentally fallen into my 10 foot deep drain. Highly recommended!

Had an electrical stove and wanted a gas stove. I grew cooking on a gas stove and am much more comfortable controlling their heat settings. The staff was very helpful when I called with no idea of what I should do.

Edit: After a full day, my wife still raves about the gas stove. She made sandwiches on it and, when I returned to collect mine, was super excited that she did not have to wait five minutes for her electric stove pan to heat. Waiting for my pot, which was used to cook a hotpot for dinner tonight, to come to a boil and then simmering the base was a lot faster.
