I've been using them for decades. They always do a good job. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is I suspect they are a little more expensive than some places but I don't know that.

We have owned a home in Moorestown for 18 yrs and have used several companies. Albert Ellis is the best. They are very responsive and professional.

Unfortunately, I do not have the best experience with Ellis. I called and set up three different appointments with Ellis and all three times no one showed up AND no one called. I took off three different afternoons of work to be there and did not hear a word from them. I did not get paid for those afternoons!! Whatever happened to customer courtesy?? Not even a phone call. POOR, POOR customer service. They don't even deserve the one star.

We have used Albert Ellis several times and couldn't be happier with them. Eric was super friendly, spent time to problem solve, and listened to me before doing the work.

We had leaks from our toilets into the crawl space. I called Ellis plumbing yesterday around noon. They were able to send somebody out within the hour. Very nice guy and he fixed the leaks ! He had no hesitation going into the crawl space to identify the problem.

I had a cracked saddle on a pressurized sewer in Mt Laurel which resulted in being cut off from the city sewer and water until fixed. I explained my issue in detail and requested an estimate based on a reference by a neighbor on the same sewer line. They sent a completely unknowledgeable individual who poked a stick in the ground after he spoke with the city municipal water officials just to confirm what I stated in the initial call. After the visit I received no response for 2 weeks until I was told by the owner they do not have the equipment or ability to do this work even though they provided the exact services to my neighbor. Not only would I never recommend this company, I'm spending my time writing this review.

I just recently used Albert Ellis Plumbing for the first time for my elderly parents. They just downsized from a big home in the Shore area to Maple Shade area. My mom basically can only do laundry at this point because she is so sickly so it was very important to her to be able to at least do their laundry.

The washer and dryer were down the finished basement, but my mom cannot climb stairs due to her heart failure. Albert Ellis Plumbing came and redid all the plumbing and set up the washer and dryer onto the second floor of the home - the main living area. Everything went so smooth. If you’re looking for professional and efficiency this is the company to deal with.

We retained Ellis Plumbing to replace the water and sewer lines to our home. Their work was fabulous- including how they handled an issue that came up replacing the aging water line. Eric was conscientious about each stage of the project and the work was done at a high level of quality. The price was what Dave estimated the project would cost. We would do business with them again.

Great experience. Relying on their experience with older homes I called them to repair a leaking circulation pump for my boiler. I found them to be very responsive and helpful. Had someone out in 24 hours for repairs

Just had this company come out and replace a kitchen faucet. They were on time, quick, got the job done and the tech was nice. However, when we called to get a quote to compare prices we were told $100 an hour but when the tech came in with the bill it was a surprising $178...the reason was because they also charge for time travelled to and from the house WHICH WAS NOT DISCLOSED. I can understand extra charges that may come up but this was a foreseeable expense that was not mentioned. We will not be using their services in the future and we will be sure not to recommend them.

Give them two stars because they did come out and fix a leak and they were great at that. Because of that, we asked them for a price to install whole house air purifiers. They sent someone out to look, but despite several calls over several weeks resulting in several promises for a call back with an actual estimate we heard nothing at all. We thought we had found someone to take over our general HVAC/plumbing maintenance but will have to keep looking.

We had used Albert Ellis team to repair some duct work a few months ago and had a great experience. Our air went out last night so I called right at 8 am when they opened. They were able to send someone over right away and assess the issue. By noon, Brandon had us back up and running! Great service!

Words cannot describe how grateful we are to Albert Ellis Plumbing. We had a sewer line break and they rearranged schedules to come out and replace our line. When you call they respond to you quickly. So professional!! Eric was outstanding! What an asset to Ellis Plumbing!!! We would use Albert Ellis Plumbing again and would highly recommend them!!!!
