Wow!! Our privacy trees were destroyed by the recent snow storm and looked like there was no recovery. They were also wayyyyy overdue for a basic “haircut”! John and his men came in with precision to fix the holes left in the tree line while salvaging as much coverage as possible! They cleaned up the mess and trimmed the tremendous overgrowth that was taking over our yard. They were out there cutting for 6+ hrs and the yard looks brand new!! So happy with their service and the results!! Thank you John and all your wonderful workers!! ❤️❤️❤️

D&S Tree Services exceeded every expectation from start to finish. Chris and Johnny made the entire process incredibly easy with their prompt communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. Their Amazing crew was hardworking, respectful, and extremely organized, and you can tell they genuinely care about both their customers and the quality of their work.

What really stood out was their commitment to safety and professionalism. They use modern, top-of-the-line equipment that keeps both the workers and the worksite safe while completing the job efficiently and cleanly. The property looked spotless when they finished. Excellent service at a reasonable price. The crew was professional and did a great job taking down a dead tree and cleaning up the limbs of several others on the property. Their equipment is new and they take care not to damage the yard with tire ruts. I'm very happy with their work.

I had D&S cut a large amount of trees and regrade my backyard this spring. Chris brought a massive crew and knocked out all the work in just two days.
I had multiple quotes and D&S was one of the best. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced and professional company, you can’t go wrong with D&S.

As is wont to happen in this business, I am a neighbor whose fence got very slightly damaged when a large tree was being taken down by D&S.

I was immediately met by John, who humbly took accountability and ownership, offering very quick and straightforward solutions to get it rectified for me.

His communication was excellent and I had nothing to worry about. I thought it would be a frustrating, drawn-out issue like it normally would be with other companies, but it was quite the opposite experience.

The crew also did a wonderful job of cleaning my yard from the debris that was part of the job.

D&S did a fantastic job for my neighbor, and I would certainly use and recommend them for any tree removal service !

Had three huge arborvitae’s removed that were damaged by the big snow storm and 5 others removed with the stumps. The crew of three did a thorough job and cleaned everything nicely. Very happy with the results and would recommend their services.

Hired them in early spring to remove a tree. Crews dropped a branch on my pool and put a hole in the cover in multiple places. They said they would replace the cover. Weeks later they came to measure my pool. I followed up numerous times still nothing. I had to buy my own cover.

As of may 19, 2021, still haven't heard from this company after reaching out several times with the cost of the new pool cover. I guess I'm not getting the cover replaced.

Great affordable tree removal. They were able to cut down two large trees and grind stumps in a tight area close to a fence. Friendly, efficient and professional. Mayolo Cruz runs this company admirably. Highly recommend them!

Hired Cruz to remove Bamboo and was assured they can do the job. We provided the “Rhizome” barrier that was needed that used to contain any future growth to protect our neighbors yard. We agreed on 8,000 dollars and paid 12,000 in cash . It turns out they did not have the proper equipment to do the job and Mr. Cruz also asked for some of our “Rhizome” barrier so he can complete another job. After repeated calls and both a regular letter and a certified letter by our attorney he has failed to respond. The Bamboo as of today is surrounding our pool and yard in and around our Garage we are forced to hire another company to remove the Bamboo. We would not in any shape way of form recommend Cruz landscaping at all.

Highly recommend Cruz. Used them for a large tree removal. They were high quality in every regard. Their crew was professional and highly skilled. Did the scope we agreed, on time with good clean up. Will use them again and recommend.

Mayolo Cruz, the owner did an exceptional job. He responded to our call and not even 24 hours later had his crew out to my home to remove 6 trees that were each at least 60 feet tall. Everyone one if his employees are extremely respectful, very cautious with our property and extremely professional. I will never call anyone again for any landscaping and tree removal quotes. By far best service and best prices around.

We had a neighbor offer to have two trees cut down own our property line with a different tree service. The craters left behind were terrible. When we were ready to cut down two ginormous dying trees in our front lawn, we did our research and hired Cruz. Their prices were the best 1st of all. The professionalism was invigorating. They cleaned our property up so nicely. They even cut the trees into manageable pieces free of charge for a neighbor who was in desperate need of fire wood for his home. Their stump work was impeccable!!! We were able to successfully grow grass over the empty spots with ease and crater free. The owner himself walked us through every second of the process and kept us informed. We will never ever use another landscaper or tree service other than Cruz again!!!! Thank you to the whole crew! They are amazing!!!

I did not use their service but my neighbor did. I watched them drop full trees instead of using a 'climber' to take them down in sections. This caused many to land in my yard. They never asked if this was ok with me. Their cutting techniques seemed unprofessional, felling trees onto other trees instead of removing the obstacles first. Just because you have a chain saw doesn't make you a professional.

EDIT #1 (2 hrs later) - the 'climber' finally showed up to cut the larger trees, again dropping them into my yard without even talking to me. They have now created divots in my yard and broke one of my trees. As soon as they're done, I will test my sprinklers to see if any have been damaged since they also dragged all the debris across the side my house.

EDIT #2 (next morning) - the debris in my yard was cleaned ok but the broken tree limb was not removed. One sprinkler head damaged - water shoots straight up in the air. Owner claims this review doesn't match his company but the pics I have of his truck with name and phone number certainly match.

Probably the worse tree service I have ever seen. They had to come to our house three times to do the job correctly. One of the reasons was none of them speak English. The other reason was they don’t have the right equipment for the job. Also they do not have safety equipment either. That’s a big problem for homeowners insurance. Better look into that. On top of it all they don’t clean up well.

This was part of a package deal for solar panels. Sun purity is the company they partnered with. I don’t recommend using them either. Terrible customer service.

I have used Cruz Landscaping and Tree service twice in the past 6 years to take down some enormous dinosaur trees in the backyard. There are some access issues limiting what equipment can be used. Each member of the team is professional. Best price, quick turn around. Would hire again.
