General Plumbing Supply

First of all, I'm a firm believer in supporting the local business's versus the big box or online retailers. I must say I'm totally disappointed in the customer service that GPS provides.
First if asked how long does it take to get anything the standard answer is three weeks. After that when making inquires it's always I'll get back to you and never do.
My wife and I ordered all new fixtures for a bath that were re doing. It has now been over two months and I still CANNOT get a straight answer on when two pieces of Kohler bath fixtures will arrive. Really????
Yes really. What they are good at is not getting back to you with a firm answer, and passing the buck to someone else. The latest buck passing was to the purchasing department in Edison, it's their fault.
Guys and Gals I hate to tell you if you are selling yourselves as a service company you have missed the mark by miles!
As a final note I ended up calling Kohler and found out one of the two items was indeed in stock, the other is backordered. But the referred me right back to the dealer to get a date. As if that's going to work.
Even with their really nice showroom, I can't say I can truly recommend them.

We met with Heather dePhillips today in Morris Plains. We are replacing the fixtures in our guest bathroom. Heather was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us select the items we needed. It was a delightful experience.
