I have used outdoor digs tree division a few times now to take down 3 trees, clear major brush and grind 14 stumps. They have always done a great job! The job site is always left clean and neat! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody in need!

Hired them for the 2024 season and they did a good job although a little pricey. Tried to get updated pricing for 2025 and despite multiple emails I never got a call back. I then called the office multiple times and was told that they were still getting contracts out and they were a little behind because it snowed later than anticipated this year. (it didn’t snow all of March.). Now it’s late April and I have no pricing and I’m desperately trying to call other vendors. They clearly don’t want the small residential business and prefer to go after the larger properties. That’s totally fine but the least you could do is just let me know that you’re no longer interested in providing the services instead of dragging me along like a jerk. Unless your commercial property or a condo associationlook elsewhere.

Updated to respond to Outdoor Digs: as far as I’m aware, the account is paid in full. Every time you guys called me and requested a payment for a missing check I paid you guys right away. I also had to follow up with you guys multiple times for simple service requests. I sent you an email in early March asking if we could meet on site to review what I was looking for. You guys kept dragging me along telling me you were waiting to get contracts out. If you weren’t interested in renewing the service, you could’ve told me right then in there, that’s called customer service. Not stringing me along for a month only to find out that you never had any intention of renewing my agreement. Best of luck to you guys too.

James, Jeremy and their team are amazing! James is a long time friend and family to us and has been doing our landscaping for years. He is knowledgeable, attentive and has an eye for landscaping that you wouldn't believe. Ask him a question about a plant, and he knows exactly what you're looking for and need. He is honest, down to earth and wants to make sure you love your product. We worked with Jeremy recently on tree removal of our new property. He came same day for a quote and had us ready on his schedule for when we closed on our house. From start to finish him and his team were on the ball and our property never looked better! Driver of a pickup truck with trailer attached plate TYZ33F on 6/5 at 7:15PM decided to make a right turn off of a 50mph road and stop short leaving his trailer sticking out on the main road to almost cause an accident and block traffic which forced multiple drivers to veer into oncoming traffic to avoid hitting and get around the obstruction as so he could have a conversation with another driver that also works for this company who was leaving that road, pretty sure it leads to a dump yard/vehicle site. Driver should be ashamed of themselves.

After numerous calls to other companies these guys were the easiest to work with and fit me in their schedule immediately. Their work was phenomenal and they definitely show pride in their work. Wasn’t the easiest with the houses being so close and power lines running near the area but they were able to complete the job with ease and confidently. They we very helpful and not afraid to answer any questions and they show attention to detail when it comes to clean up.

I hired Outdoor Digs to for a commercial tree removal job a few weeks back. Their pricing was competitive and they were abe to mobilize quickly despite us calling them on short notice. On the day of the tree removal, the Outdoor Digs crew arrived on time in a very industrial park of Downtown Brooklyn. After walking the area, Jeremy the Foreman clearly articulated the plan for executing the the work while taking into account pedestrian safety and proximity to existing structures. They removed 2 very large trees and 1 smaller tree in a efficient and careful manner. No issues what so ever despite the heavy pedestrian presence, terrible parking situation, and existing construction directly adjacent. The construction managers on site were very impressed with their quality of work and professionalism. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future without hesitation.

Jeremy and his team came over and removed seven trees for me. Four were tall, dead, mature oaks that scraped the sky! They trimmed my pear tree as well and it looks perfect. Everything was completed in record time and the cleanup was incredible. Highly recommended!

Tried to cut a tree on my own as a homeowner and the tree started leaning in a bad spot. If they hadn’t shown up as quickly as they did, the tree probably would have fallen on my house. Called em up and someone came that day, professional and friendly and got it on the ground safely. Will recommend to anyone wanting professionalism and quality.

I Called Outdoor Digs Tree service to remove a tree that had split and fallen into another tree during a recent storm. Jeremy came to look within an hour.
