Janitorial reviews in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey

Susan, has been great at managing my business needs for cleaning services. Thank you.

The service we received is excellent. The team takes pride in their work.

Excellent service!! Professional, reliable, friendly and trustworthy. I have had several cleaning services in the past but they pale in comparison to this service.

Susan is very kind and attentive. She checks in regularly and if there's ever a problem she takes care of it right away.

We have been a client for the past six months and we are thrilled with their cleaning service. Our office has never looked better.

Vanguard is always very professional. They care and it shows it. They go out of their way to accommodate all of our needs.

Best place for business love working with staff. Working with Vanguard from 2009 until very excited. Thank you for Helping me by on the track

We use Vanguard for both of our offices. They do a great job every time and we would not use any other service!

Vanguard supports our facility on regular basis with top notch service, cleaning and responds to any new needs.

We have been using Vanguard for over year and we have no complaints. They provided a great experience and their customer service is very good.

Cleaning staff is courtesy, reliable and does a good job. I would recommend Vanguard to anyone needing a commercial cleaning service.

Thank you Vanguard for connecting me with Hicham, the carpets look great, my co worker walked in and said "WOW!! The carpets look brand new! They did an amazing job."

If I could give 0 stars I would. Firstly, this company does not have any proper cleaners. I complained on multiple occasions about the work that wasn't getting done, and never saw any change. Besides that, our cameras captured that the cleaners spent more time going through our drawers than cleaning, and it gets worse... they stole company checks and attempted to re-cash them. This was a terrible experience for us. I would never use this company, and warn you to stay away.

The team at Vanguard is top notch. They are professional and trustworthy. I would recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

King of Kings Preschool is very pleased with the services of Vanguard Cleaning Services. They do a wonderful job and are very easy to work with. The communication is great

Pedro did a great job deep cleaning and polishing our floors in the building. The floors on the first level get the most foot traffic and really needed some work. Not satisfied with how the first level floors turned out after the first try, Pedro took the initiative to do a second pass to make sure the end result was satisfactory. Our floors look very shiny and bright now, giving the building new life. Thank you, Pedro and we’ll be requesting him to come back to do our floors in the future.

We are so pleased with the cleaning job Vanguard does for us! They keep our restrooms sparkling and our offices neat and clean, which makes the workday run smoothly. I would highly recommend Vanguard!

When we needed an emergency cleaning, Vanguard responded immediately and provided electrostatic cleaning the same day. They were professional, extremely responsive and provided the service at an excellent price.

Vanguard cleans our offices weekly but we use them for tile floor cleaning strip and wax and they have done this a couple of times and done a great job each time. Definitely recommended

Well what can I said, it was the best decision I make. I'm so happy with the results. I truly appreciate it to Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Northern New Jersey, I truly recommend it 100%

The team at vanguard cleaning was responsive and committed to customer service. We needed an emergency COVID cleaning in our facility and they came first thing in the morning after Easter weekend to help out. Would definitely recommend.
