10 Stars. Jay and his team answered right away, arrived promptly, and did a great job making emergency repairs after storm damage and a fire on the meter box.
To me; the most remarkable part was their great attitude and how quickly they answered my call after hours and got me taken care of first thing the next day.

Their work was neat and professional and Jay went the extra mile helping me navigate the town permits, inspections, and ultimately played a huge role in getting my power restored quickly. Would recommend Jay to anyone needing electrical work.

Jay came to my house on a holiday weekend to fix an electrical problem. I have a family member who has a medical issue and lost power to the outlet which her air conditioner was plugged into. He was the only one who called back and who came out Sunday night to fix it. He explained what the problem was and told me if I still had problems to call him. These guys installed my EV charging station at my home and did a fantastic job. Arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and performed the work in a timely manner. I was provided an estimate beforehand and it was very reasonable and there was no upselling onsite. Will definitely use these guys for other electrical work going forward! Excellent service!

A family member, who has medical issues, had an air conditioning issue over the holiday weekend. I called several places that said 24/7 service and Jay was the only one who answered right away and said he would come out. Even though it was a very small job and on Sunday of 4th of July weekend, Jay came to their house at 10pm and fixed the issue and explained everything thoroughly. Jay is an ideal contractor to work with! His team did a very clean installation of a ChargePoint charger that was more complicated than normal given a backup generator. The process went very smooth and the final charge was as originally quoted. Even the town inspector commented how clean the install was. He's highly recommended for any EV charger install!
