They were professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I really appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely recommend them.

We are slowly updating our fixer-upper house and we have used Charged Up several times; and each time has been a 5 star service. They updated all of the electrical outlets and light switches in our house, installed an extremely challenging foyer chandelier, and updated the lighting in our kitchen and bathroom. This company is fantastic; the technicians are polite, professional, and most importantly very very efficient. I would highly recommend this company for your household electrical work!

They answered my questions, messages, and emails quicker than any Contractor I’ve ever worked with and did so with a very friendly and professional demeanor. They had my charger installed as soon as I was ready, charged a very fair price and spent a long time with me trying to troubleshoot a problem I was having. The owner even brought his personal Tesla to my house to demonstrate how to use the charger and to go over some questions I had. Charged Up Electric has completed two installations for me, and both experiences were outstanding.

The first was my Tesla charger installation at home. Javen was incredibly professional—he clearly explained the process, offered thoughtful advice on the best charger to install, and ensured everything was done safely and efficiently. The installation was completed on time, and I’ve had zero issues since.

The second project involved installing yard floodlights and security cameras. Once again, the team went above and beyond—purchasing the necessary equipment, troubleshooting malfunctioning lights, and following up afterward to make sure everything worked perfectly.

I’ll admit, I’m not the easiest customer to please, but the Charged Up Electric team handled everything with patience, professionalism, and precision. Their work is top-notch, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Jay and his guys do amazing work! They came over my house for an emergency call during the middle of the night and were very prompt and professional. They had the situation under control in no time and had swapped out a faulty breaker for my furnace. With the cold weather coming fast Jay and his crew were able to get my family out of a jamb and get our heat back up and running. Thank you Charged up electric. Called on a Sunday to help diagnose what was wrong with our outdoor light fixture. Javen came with a smile on his face and was quickly able to figure out a solution. I had to buy a new fixture but he came back the next day and installed it. His pricing was very fair and appreciated. I would highly recommend Charged Up Electric for your electric needs.
