Disregard for damage to others properly when they work.

Prompt and Quality work. They are always there when promised and deliver great product. A family business who care about their customers and the work that they perform.

Merryfield installed our gutters and over the winter icicles developed. They said they would come out as soon as the storms were over. Today was the first nice day and, true to their word , they were here and adjusted the gutters to solve the problem. Their efficiency and honesty is appreciated.

After our a/c system went belly up 1 month into our home purchase, and mid-heat wave, Scott fit us in on short notice, explained our options and associated price points, leaving to us how much to patch vs overhaul without a hard sell. Iâ ve used a large company for years satisfactorily but theyâ ve never explained things as well or been as conscientious as Scott. He backs up his work with a no b.s. personal warranty so I won’t be going back to the corporate folks ever again. He also addressed my wife as an equal vs the usual condescension.

This company is great. They came and gave us options instead of up selling us for their benefit. They were easily available, responded quickly, and worked with us on installation around a new baby. We will absolutely call them as soon as we have any issue with other equipment. Definitely recommended!
