General Contractor reviews in Mt Laurel Township, New Jersey

Did a great job with our bathroom remodeling. Recommend them.

Highly recommend Artect as every project from bathrooms to our kitchen were just incredible craftsmanship and we couldn’t be more than happy!

Professional, on time, attention to detail, worth every penny we paid. We love our new bathroom. Artect construction does outstanding work!

We're thrilled with how our new kitchen turned out! Thank you, Artect Construction, for doing such a great job!

Call this company for an estimate, they came out the same day but never gave the estimate. When I followed up for an estimate he told me he doesn’t have time until June and I ask if he can still give us the estimate may be we will wait because it’s a rental property. Then he said you will wait until August, September? I said thats possibly. He goes to tell me you are not understanding I don’t do estimate if I’m not going to get the job. How would you get a job without an estimate ? Why not just be upfront from the beginning if you don’t want to do an estimate. Why come and waste our time. If you are this difficult for an estimate I’m glad we didn’t even start anything. He was also very condescending talking to me. He told me I need to go talk to my husband as if I didn’t talk to my husband to begin with. What a waste of time.

Most on time, honest, best quality contractor I know. We have done several projects with them.

Artect did an amazing job on my Recent Kitchen renovation! They were professional and hard working. I would absolutely use them again in the future!!

Wow, what an incredible experience we had with Cengiz and Artect Construction!! Our ‘colonial farmhouse’ dreams came to life, in record speed, because of his incredible work. Cengiz has amazing vision, paired with an unparalleled attention to detail. The moment you walk into a room you appreciate the superior craftsmanship and high quality of work. Cengiz takes great pride in his craft and personally touches every element of a project- his work ethic is admirable. Additionally, his high touch, high communication approach ensures you are confident in every aspect of his projects. He is extremely responsive, reliable and trustworthy. Cengiz is a kind soul and an absolute pleasure to be around. What a dream project for us! We can’t wait for our next project with Cengiz!!

ARTECT is a fabulous contracting firm. They redid our bathroom from the studs out in just two weeks. The owner, Cengiz,, and his team, are very professional and have incredible attention to detail. They also left the work area neat and clean every day. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend Cengiz and his whole team. They did an excellent job finishing my basement. They are very responsive and listen well to my concerns. & they are joy to work with. I am very appreciative of how hard they worked and their top quality workmanship!

Cengiz has done two jobs for us now: finishing our basement and renovating our master bath. To me, the most important attributes to look for in a contractor are showing up on schedule, providing an accurate estimate of the cost and most of all, high quality work. Cengiz pulls off the hat-trick! He showed up when he said he would show up, the job cost what he said it would cost and he did really fine work for us. If you pay attention to details like drywall screws and joints being invisible after the paint job or outside corners on crown molding being tight or little minor things like light switch covers being plumb, you’ll be very pleased with his work. In addition, he is very neat and tidy with cleanup at the end of the day. We are extremely happy with his work, we will definitely use him again in the future and recommend him without reservation.

I have been at AEC Marlton for about 5 years now and want to reinforce my past reviews over the last few years - I cannot express how great my experience has been - the office is absolutely beautiful (as my clients have corroborated!), the staff is wonderful - friendly doesn’t quite capture it - they cannot be more supportive, warm and eternally helpful with whatever is needed - they always go the extra mile. Also, I feel totally safe leaving the office after dark. I am so grateful that I have discovered this gem of executive offices!

We have used Artect Construction since 2017 thrpugh present day 2023. This is a company that does excellent work and is professional in every aspect of their work. Cengiz is truly a craftsman and has an eye for attention to detail in each project he tackles. He LISTENS as you explain what you want and any concerns you may have about the work. He confidently studies the space of the project,(kitchen, bathroom, ect...) evaluating how that space will interact with other rooms and how to best blend the flow of one room into another.( Brilliant!) He takes the time to make sure that our questions /concerns are addressed and makes sure that we understand how they're going to approach each aspect of the work and the time-frame.
As it happens with some construction projects, there are "discovered surprises" along the way. But this is when Artect really shines because they are amazing problem solvers. Our second residence was built in 1955 and there were several "discoveries" in the remodeling. Cengiz explained the issues and offered possible solutions.
Essentially, This is a construction company that values your business and takes pride in their work. They're mindful that this is your home and always use the best products for all their projects. Artect arrives on time ready to work and leave the work area clean and neat. My neighbors know when they see the Artect van on my driveway, they want to see what they're working on! They all have and continue to use Artect. I can confidently state that if you use Artect once, you will want to use Artect again for all your construction needs. Artect stand by their work.
List of work done on two residences: Full kitchen(2) demolition and remodel, including floor and baseboard, full demolition on master bath and remodel, partial remodel in full bathroom, painting, garage re-framing, lighting, tiling floor, bath and backsplash (kitchens) porch pillars remodel, house fan(attic), roof repair and first floor & family room demolition and flooring.

We needed some work done in our spa so that we could add Massage and Reiki treatment rooms. Cengiz and his crew did an amazing job of preparing the area, including covering all of my furniture and decoration with plastic to protect from dust. The completed the work in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves in all the rooms when finished.

If you are looking for high quality work from a trustworthy professional, call Artect. We are very pleased with the results and our clients love the look of our new space!

Artect Construction did a wonderful job with our Bathroom Remodel. They did a great job updating our 30 year old bathroom. Professional crew, worked a full day 8-5. They are a local company located in Mount Laurel. They have done work on 5 of my neighbors homes and everyone loves the completed project. I highly recommend Artect Construction for all your home renovation projects.

Artect does quality work- Mr. Yalcin, the owner, is incredibly meticulous. His crew arrived every day on time each day for 4 weeks, and worked all day long. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. There are not too many people that show up on time, are responsive and on schedule.
Artect worked on our kitchen, shower, hallway and dining room during the 4 week period, and we are very pleased!

Update: We have continued to use Mr. Yalcin and most recently used him to update our hall bathroom. He did an amazing job and is always punctual & completes his fine work in the EXACT amount of time he says he will. We will continue to use him for all our renovations!

Cengiz and Pedro did a tremendous job on our project. We wanted a portion of the wall in our dining room removed and a second banister to be installed and painted. Each day they arrived promptly and were extremely professional. The work was impeccable and more importantly they were constantly vacuuming and keeping the work area clean. I can't say enough of their craftsmanship and attention to detail. We will definitely being using Artect for all of our future home projects. Thank you!

We used Artect to remodel our master bath and are completely happy with the results! Cengiz was easy to work with, professional, and responsive. There was a problem with a small leak in one of the sinks we bought and Cengiz came back twice on the weekend to fix it. It wasn't his fault, but he made sure it got fixed. We have also hired Artect to redo our guest bath and powder room this summer.

Artect was phenomenal. They were punctual, accommodating, and meticulous with their work. Cengiz checked in with us every step of the way to ensure that we were satisfied. They replaced our front door, renovated our hallway bathroom, and installed a partition wall in our basement. We loved working with them and will definitely consider them for future projects!

This is my 4th project using Artect Construction and definitely not the last! So far, we have used Artect to put on all new siding and gutters, a complete remodel of our master bathroom, complete remodel of our family room, and most recently a remodel of our basement. On each project they were on time, cleaned up at the end of each day, and most importantly their work is meticulous. Cengiz reviewed step by step what they were doing and always made sure it was how we wanted it. Their work is great, and I would give them 10 stars if possible. We have recommended him to family and friends who have all been happy as well.

12/2022- Just had Cengiz come back to do more work at my house. I had him install a new railing going from main floor to upstairs. I could not be happier with how it turned out. Once again, another great job done!

5/2023- Wow! Another fantastic job done by Artect. We just had our main bathroom totally redone by Artect. We are super happy with how it turned out. Cengiz walked us through the project as he was doing it, made some great suggestions, and was even able to accommodate some last minute changes we wanted. He is a true professional that always does quality work!

Cengiz has done multiple jobs for us over the past 2 years, including 3 bathroom renovations and a finished basement. He does exceptional work - the rooms are beautifully done, and he is always respectful, clean and most importantly on time & budget! I have nothing but great things to say!
