Excellent service and installation, quality products and highly trained technicians …
Received a one-minute call inquiring about services from a woman with a completely flat tone, which made for an uncomfortable conversation.
The technician was knowledgeable and upfront about their intentions. I wasn't trying to sell me anything; they just wanted to do a health check on my home systems. They gave me good, honest advice that ended up saving me a significant amount of money.
A great business with fantastic staff who deliver top-notch service quickly and efficiently - always reliable for all my home's heating and cooling needs.
Had a great experience with this company - their 24/7 support was top-notch. The technician who installed my new system did fantastic work, very clean and professional.
I was pleasantly surprised when All-Phase showed up at my doorstep on a Saturday, within the hour. In contrast, I called two other companies and received no response whatsoever. The situation was urgent - we had a heat emergency that required immediate attention. Despite not having the necessary part, they assured me they'd prioritize getting it for Monday morning. And deliver! On Monday, just five minutes after opening, I received a call confirming my part was in and they were on their way to fix the issue. It took them less than an hour to resolve the problem - 10:30am on the dot. I'm thoroughly impressed with All-Phase's prompt service and reliability; they've earned my loyalty for all future HVAC needs.
I'm extremely disappointed with All Phase Heating and Cooling's performance. They installed a mini split, two air cleaners, and two humidifiers in my home, which required annual maintenance. Unfortunately, the humidifiers leaked constantly, causing issues for me. When I called to report the problem last year, the representative initially denied working at my house, despite her admitting she was wrong after 20 minutes of arguing with me. The lack of apology or acknowledgment of their mistake was shocking. Given our $20k investment in them, it's unacceptable that they didn't stand behind their work and treat customers with respect.
I've been using these folks for 12+ years and as usual they came thru for me as they always have in the past. My central air stopped working at 3am this morning and like everyone else I said to myself, "Oh no, not in the middle of July"! I called All Phase at 8am and they dispatched a tech to my home within 6 hours which given the workload that all HVAC contractors have this time of year was very quick service. The tech arrived early, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and dove right into the repair and within less than 2 hours the problem was diagnosed, fixed correctly and the tech himself was very polite and made sure the work area was completely clean and left no debris, an excellent piece of work. Quite honestly even if another contractor offered to do it for free I'd still rather have All Phase Heating and Cooling do the work. There work is simply excellent and they stand behind there work and their prices are reasonable given what their competitors charge. As a matter of fact when they installed my central air conditioning unit their price was about $2,000 less than the big name HVAC contractors that everyone is familiar with due to their large amount of money they spend on advertising. All Phase is by far a much better choice given how expensive HAVC work can be. Try them you won't be disappointed. That's the truth!
I came home from work on Wed, July16 and realized immediately my A/C had gone out. I called All Phase at 7:00PM and told the answering service I needed a service call. They said someone would call me in the morning. The next morning I got a call at 08:00AM. All Phase said a service tech would be there at 11:00. 10:45AM the truck is out side. The tech took a look, told me I needed a condenser and installed in in 15 minutes. As a bonus, he told me my coils were dirty and showed me how to clean them by cleaning them. By 11:20 my A/C was running. I could not have had a better experience and I highly recommend All Phase.
System stopped working during Labor Day. Called 9:30 Tuesday at start of 5 day heat spell. After trying a few things over the phone, scheduled a call for 90 minutes later. This isn't the first time they responded this well.

At minimum, once a year — ideally a spring tune-up before cooling season and a fall check-up before heating season. Systems that run year-round, older units, and commercial systems often benefit from professional service twice a year.
Ask each contractor for both a repair quote and an honest assessment of the unit's remaining life. As a general rule, if a repair costs more than a third of a new system, or your equipment is past its expected lifespan and breaking down repeatedly, replacement is usually the better value. Get two or three opinions before a decision this large.
Yes — many list emergency and same-day service in their profiles, with stated after-hours policies. Open the profile and check the response-time and availability information before you need it; in a real emergency, filter for companies that explicitly offer 24/7 service.
Costs vary by region, system type, and job — there is no honest single number. Reputable contractors provide written estimates after inspecting the system, and comparing two or three is the best way to understand what your job should cost.
