I have used Sempervive for over 10 yrs. Reliable, reasonably priced. Would highly recommend

Sempervive Landscaping is by far the beat ! Great quality work . Their cuts and edging always make our grass look breathtaking . Highly reccomend them.

We have used Sempervive Landscaping for many years. The Team is always professional, on time, and very neat. They do a great job on our weekly cuts. We plan to continue to use them for many more years. The owners are a dream to work with, they work with us on scheduling around parties and days of the week when needed.

I have been using Sempervive landscaping for 13 years. I would never use anyone else. The job is also done beautifully the first time, questions also answered at lightning speed. And the workers are always on time, so kind and respectful. By far best landscaper in the area. A++++ highly recommend!

Great Work, timely responses and very personable! Would recommend 10/10 times!

A Hugh Thank you for your fast response and fixing our issue in the hot uncomfortable weather. All at a very fair price! Our appreciation for seeing this through with us to the end. Will absolutely recommend you to anyone that needs electric related service!!

Very professional, reasonable and caring people!!!

Great service! Came to install a ring security camera. Polite and very helpful with my questions.

It is always a pleasure working with Kevin and his crew. Prompt, Professional, High Quality Workmanship!

They installed a new electrical panel and hooked up a walk-in bathtub. Everyone was very accommodating, worked quickly and left everything neat and clean. I will use them again.

Kevin is as reliable and trustworthy as they come. He did a lot of work at my house and was great to work with for start to finish.

I can't say enough positive comments about Kevin and his crew! Knowledgeable electrician used both on both commercial and residential work and always does a quality job at a fair price!

My husband and I have hired Cardone Electric for many projects, both small and large. The work is always impeccable. The crew arrives on time and the work is completed to our total satisfaction. I highly recommend Cardone Electric. In fact, I wouldn't use anyone but them to solve our electrical problems.

Amazing!! I did not know Kevin before I hired him - a friend had used and loved him - but on the phone he sounded very knowledgeable. I had him do some work on the house we were selling and it was so perfect and cheap compared to what my inspector said expect to pay that we hired him to do a bunch of projects on the home we bought. He did pendant lights - 5 ceiling fans - bath fan - outlets and switches and more. He was SO clean! We have OLD carpets we need to replace but he and his apprentice (Ryan) laid down drop clothes in all hallways and work areas anyway and when they left there was nothing to clean. His actual work FAR exceeded my expectations! It's an amazing transformation! He even had ideas and suggestions that made the end results better and he was honest and saved me money when a new line wasn't needed (no way would have known had he said he did it). And his price was less than expected. The last time I needed an electrician was 10 years ago and I paid more per hour back then than I did Kevin in 2017! And he was prompt. Said 8:30 and was here 8:25. ALSO - He knows carpentry a bit too and his skills came in handy when one joist didn't line up where it should! I can't say enough good things about him and Ryan...OH - trustworthy for sure! If you need an electrician for ANY job - don't look anywhere else. Call and hire Kevin. You won't be disappointed. I just hope if I need him again he's not too busy!

After buying a hot tub, Kevin and his team came recommended by the store...and I couldn't have asked for a better choice. Kevin and his crew were knowledgeable, friendly and did an absolutely stellar job. I will now be using Cardone Electric for any future electrical jobs I may have. A+++

We had an emergent situation & Kevin sent his wonderful crew out the same day & fixed our electrical problem to perfection! The nicest, smartest & friendliest electricians & so reasonably priced. I highly recommend CARDONE ELECTRIC!!!
