Additionally, insisted customer pay for 2nd “apprentice” workman to observe and learn from senior workman to move 3 breakers from main panel to backup Generac panel, a one person job.

I couldn’t figure out why certain lights weren’t working, but they tracked it down to a small connection issue. Their process was thorough and easy to follow. Everything’s back in order now.
