Jay built out a bar for us that came out amazing and within budget. We expanded the bar to include additional storage in the front our basement and use the same piece of quartz countertop for the bathroom. We were able to choose the exact piece of countertop and it really brings everything together. We were never pressured to buy more and Jay was providing additional design ideas based on the space and available options. One thing I would say is the communication channel could have improved a bit more. However, in the end everything came together and was better than initially conceptualized. I would recommend Jay again for future needs.

I truly can't thank Jay enough for helping me and my boyfriend with the entirety of our kitchen project. When I say Jay gives white glove service from start to end I truly mean it. There were two particularly tricky areas in my kitchen design that required multiple revisions and Jay had the patience of a saint with the amount of tweaks that were needed. I had so many questions throughout the process - i'm sure he wanted to kill me at times but he answered all of my questions with nothing but kindness. If I ever have a kitchen project again I will definitely use him again - I highly recommend him!

I am very disappointed with the service from Jay’s Home Decor regarding my quartz countertops. I chose a completely white countertop for my kitchen, and immediately after installation, the stone began developing scratches all over. These scratches are very hard to remove. I’ve tried every detergent on the market and cleaned it with everything possible, but it remains extremely difficult to fix. Even placing a pad or my laptop on the kitchen island causes dark scratches on the white surface.
I called Jay several times about this issue. Although he sent someone to clean the stone, it didn’t resolve the problem. The technicians who came said the stone was of bad quality. Additionally, the area around my sink started chipping, with the stone almost crumbling. Despite numerous calls to Jay, the problem remains unsolved. When I spoke to him directly, he asked, “What do you want me to do? Do you want me to lose money on this stone?” I even offered to pay part of the cost to replace it with better quality stone, but he refused. As a real estate agent, I have referred many clients to Jay over the years and given him numerous kitchen projects. However, when it came to my own home, he failed to deliver. I advise anyone considering doing business with Jay to thoroughly check the quality of the materials and services to avoid disappointment.

We love our new kitchen. Jay had a great variety of countertops we could choose from at his warehouse. He also gave us samples we could take home so we could view what the countertops would look like inside our house. His showroom included the cabinets we were interested in buying so it was a good representation of what we would eventually get. Jay was also very flexible. He worked with us and gave us helpful suggestions when we couldn’t make up our minds. We recommend Jay for his responsiveness and quality of work! Attached is a photo of the before and after our kitchen. We will eventually replace all our appliances to be become more modern.

I was looking for someone to design our kitchen on our newly purchased home and I came across Jay's Home Decor. I am very pleased to work with Jay. He came to our house a few times to take measurements and designed the layout for our cabinets. The quality of service is amazing and the products that he delivered was great. Truly recommend Jay’s Home Decor. I was referred to him by my realtor, he has done multiple beautiful jobs for her so I decided to give him a try. Not only was Jay the best price I found, he also had better material than other vendors offered. Customer service is A1, and he was always punctual. I originally contracted him to do my kitchen and ended up buying the flooring from him as well. Will definitely do business with him again and will recommend to friends and family.

Jay was incredibly helpful in designing and supplying cabinetry for our kitchen and living room renovations. He was a pleasure to deal with from the planning stages through completion and he stood by the quality of his materials.

Before we found Jay we received several other quotes and designs that were average at best, but Jay was truly inspired to figure out the best solution for us and we couldn't be happier with the result. He patiently worked with us over several sessions, both at our home and at his showroom, to arrange and rearrange cabinets, appliances and countertops until we landed on a final design.
